We sure like to beat up upon each other. And, I thought we are on the same team?
Let me make couple things clear:
- Being a member less then 1 hour is irrelevant and does not degrade the message or post (I have been a long time Daily Paul reader, and this is my first post.)
- I get absolutely nothing for recommending this book. I am simply making everyone aware of this new resource.
- Until you read the book, please refrain from commenting on it. "Do not judge book by its cover" comes to mind.
- Dave Champion has been in a tax honesty movement for over a decade, if not longer, and has helped successfully many Americans in deciding whether income tax is imposed upon them (see http://www.nontaxpayer.org)
- As far as I know, Dave Champion's interpretation of the income tax is the only correct and legal interpretation in the tax honesty movement. Dave Champion has been applying his correct interpretation to himself for over a decade and the IRS knows about it, but legally cannot do anything about it. Why? Read the book.
- Dave Champion has sent years researching the law and its applicability. Just like everyone else, he needs to eat, have shelter, etc... The time he put in for writing this book should be compensated.
- Unless you know Dave Champion, you might think this is a gimmick. Well, to support your theory do some research first on Dave Champion like listening to his show archives (free) and going to his websites (listed above) and then decide.

4.) What do you think of the author’s information, as compared to other authors such as Tom Cryer? Tom Cryer is an attorney who beat the IRS and is doing educational workshops for FREE.

discusses issues of taxation.

4. I did hear of Tom Cryer, but I am not familiar with his exact circumstances so I won't comment.
The website above is a good start not just for the taxation issues but other key issues as well. The book, of course, will offer much more detail.

i thought the common thought was "income tax only applies to federal employees" and since we all have SSN's we are all federal employees or something?
for some reason I highly doubt you are going to be able to consistantly use the system against its self and win.
