Census form contains bad grammar on enumeration question

0 votes

I just got my census 2010 form and read the enumeration part. It reads as follows:

"1. How many people were living or staying in this house, apartment, or mobile home on April 1, 2010"

That question is impossible to answer at this time, therefore I won't be sending mine to them. How ironic that the feds mess up the only question they're allowed to ask?

People at the dailykos noticed this as well.

He he he! I guess you have

He he he! I guess you have to wait until April 2, 2010 to send it in!

I think that's what I did

I think that's what I did 10 years ago, if I recall.

I only answered the one question, then.

They may have had follow-up e-mails or calls to try and get the other info, but never caught me at home.
