Jesse Ventura Lays It On The Line!

He's gone mainstream.

Right now, right now mind you, I have a new found respect for Jesse Ventura.

On The View with Barbara Walters he told the world that Dick Cheney knew about 9/11!

I'm interested to see how this plays out.

Respect?

I don't know about him gaining respect. I saw Jesse on Geraldo the other night. He was putting out a lot of crap I don't think many people here would agree with. I was quite shocked.

For example, he said he believes that the tea parties are all financed by behind-the-scenes, big-money organizations. I don't believe that AT ALL. NOT AT ALL.

The vast majority of tea partiers are true grass-roots, motivated by their anger and disgust with what Washington is doing (and rightly so!!!). Agree?

teaparty

so how many people are in this true grass roots teaparty of yours?

and what do they want?

everything so far shows that the so called teapartiers are MSNBC hating, Fox-swilling, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, or Sarah Palin fans. They voted Republican in the last election, and they will vote republican in the next election.

Wake me up when there's a real tea party not being channeled by Rupert Murdock's empire, or clear channel.

The Tea Parties started out

The Tea Parties started out true grassroots, 911 truth and Ron Paul End the Fed 12/16/06.

But as they grew the big money PTB co-opted the movement, ie. Fox ala Glen Beck.
Hell even Slick Rick Perry down here in Texas is now wooing the Tea Partiers and saying he is all for the 10th amendment and state rights.

Jesse tells it like it is!

totally agreed. in fact the

totally agreed.

in fact the usage of the phrase "Tea Party" is just a mainstream attempt at creating reality, in stead of reporting it.

the politically self organized and self educated that gave 20 million dollars to Ron Paul, and have continued to reject all mainstream/government misinformation are about the closest thing to a real tea party, or grass roots movement.

and I myself reject those labels, as I'm sure a lot of other DPers would.

There were hundreds of thousands of angry Republicans across the country, on camera. That's not a tea party.

Just like THE MILLIONS OF ANGRY OBAMANIACS on camera is not a tea party.
