Could DailyPaul members help the Best News Channel on YouTube???
I've been a long time follower of this channel. Last year, YouTube pulled down his channels CSPANJunkieDotOrg and VotersThinkDotOrg that had over 4,000 videos for 1 Jon Stewart clip. It had the best Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich and anti War videos on the Internet. His new channel MoxNewsDotCom has over 100 Ron Paul videos. So far, he has posted 366 videos in the first half of March alone. And, I think, we can all show a little appreciation for his work. Because, I wouldn't like it if he has to discontinue his channel in the future because nobody cared. Besides, I dislike HuffingtonPost just as much as FoxNews.

I do not understand why there is not some kind of funding for independent bloggers who can show that they are very prolific information disseminators. But as far as I can tell there is not. So I have to get some help from the people who seem to enjoy what I am doing or I have to get a REAL job... One or the other! And when I say a "REAL job" I will not be flipping burgers or hanging drywall. I will be doing what I do now only it will be under someone else's control (at some one's blog like Huffpo or Politico ect... ect.. "This 500 dollars a month means You work exclusively for us!" that means... I don't post on Youtube or anywhere else when they are paying me. I've done this before, I know this is what will happen. The second thing they will tell me is "We try and stay from the September 11th stuff cause it just brings out the crazies" The third thing they will tell me is "we would prefer You don't post stories about Israel because that just starts big hate filled arguments"
BUT! If I have my choice I would REALLY prefer just to continue working for You guys!
I mean sure it might be nice to only have to post 4 or 5 videos a day (as of March 4th at noon I had posted 126 videos in March in 3 & 1/2 days!) sure it might be nice to only have to post 4 or 5 videos a day but I LOVE sharing with the world and feeling like I might be making a little difference and in order to feel that way I will gladly work 14 hours a day for almost no money. That's fine as long as I can pay my cable bill and get a little food now and then that's all I'm looking for. I don't have any delusions about becoming rich or living any kind of lifestyle. I just want to be able to continue sharing information in my own special way.
It's my birthday this month on March 19th and right now I can't even afford to go out to dinner (Really! Just now had to tell my friends moments ago I can't afford to go to dinner) but I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me I have a good life and I know it and I'm thankful for it. But I do need the moral support cause when You're living on no money for the better good of everyone it's really important to feel like someone appreciates what You're doing! That's why even if You can only give 5 dollars at least on that day it won't be ANOTHER DAY WITH NO DONATIONS and to me one donation of any amount is way way better than ANOTHER DAY WITH NO DONATIONS
I don't think I am asking for too much here... I mean when the pizza dude delivers a pizza to your door You kick him down a couple bucks for his trouble... Right? When a waitress or a bartender sets You up real nice You tip them a little somethin somethin... Right? Well I deliver right to your desk/laptop EVERYDAY And I guarantee the Pizza Dude/Waitress/Bartender is not working 14 hours for the betterment of the world... Your World! So if You think those people deserve a tip (and they do!) well then maybe I deserve a little something too! And if You don't agree, this work most likely will not continue. Now if You can't afford to donate because five dollars is way more than You can afford, well then I completely understand because that's where I am at. On the other hand if You "Choose" not to donate and You visit this page on a daily basis, well then that's not very nice is it? I LOVE your website! I have watched the way you have conducted your fundraising and have wished for the opportunity to talk to you about it. The hard truth: you sound like a whiny weird dude sitting in his basement asking for handouts.
A better way: I encourage you to observe how antiwar.com collects donations. They collect on a quarterly basis. They present compelling reasons for donating. They post a goal of how much money they need to operate for the next quarter with a real-time graph that shows how much has been donated towards that goal. If you adopt their formula for donations, you will be successful.

Thanks for the tip Phaedrus, I would hate to see his skills brought to bear against our cause. I registered on his site and disabled adblock and clicked on the 3 ads and can do that a few times a week. Unfortunately it is all my finances will allow at the moment. About a Century and a Hallf Ago, Same Thing Happended to Me!
I was a Mississippi River boat captain, Named Samuel. Had opinions on everything, good ones too! Could barely find two nickels to jingle in my pocket. Sure as I would find one, I'd spend it.
Stumbled upon newspaper work. Paid room and board. Made up most the stories myself about foolish and fun things folks did. After a while of telling about what others were doing, two things happened. I lost a lot of Newspaper reporting jobs and people started thinking of me as a comedian.

My advice..... ALWAYS make $$ at what you do, or Why do it?
Seriously, if its worth doing, its worth getting paid. This IS still a CAPITALIST country, is it not? So...
First create a Freedomlovers SQUEEZE page. This squeeze page should go over just two of all the great videos that you have. Explain that "Membership has its Privileges" and offer something for nothing,....your ebook, your "10 things most Freedom lovers do not know" and so create your 'contact client elist', for example.
Second, once someone enters in their data on the SQUEEZE page, the data should go to a secure little data base that collects everyone's name & email and & phone number. That is your MONEY-CLIENT LIST. Protect it like gold, because it is!
Third, once freedomlovers provide you their name, email, phone, then the site should take you over to a monthly donation payment page. Again, Membership has its privileges" so "Please do your part and Enter your credit card to be charged only $1 per month, for example. If you get a thousand freedom lovers to sign up, that's a thousand dollars per month.
Finally, don't GIVE anything away and DO NOT be altruistic with us in the freedom movement. You provide a service, and we pay you for it. Its that simple. We are all about capitalism and freemarkets are we not? So its high time you start profiting from your good work. STOP GIVING IT ALL AWAY FOR FREE.
*Consult with a TAX man AFTER you start making money. Put your company out in front as an LLC. Then make that LLC pay yet two other LLC's and an INC. The INC gets just 10% and not a penny more. The 10% goes to pay YOU for medical. THe other two LLCs are shells that further pay you out.
**Consult with an ATTORNEY to (REPLACE) the written disclaimer that you make up as TERMS of AGREEMENT of SERVICE yourself. When you write this, have everyone CHECK the BOX to proceed. The Terms of Agreement state that you are being PAID for ONLY making a single point page of website videos that they could on their own get for FREE. The payment is NOT for the CONTENT of any of the VIDEOS, the Payment is for the GATHERING into one convenient place the video data that anyone could get on their own. Like White pages and other directories, you are simply providing a service that puts such videos on one PLACE. Not ANY attorney will be up for the task and certainly not able to do the task. Selecting the right attorney to do this, is EVERYTHING. Be VERY VERY choosy, require a long resume of writing similar Terms of Agreement that protect you, your freedomlovers, and you from those screaming at you that its "video resale profiteering!" and "Copy-write infringement!".
