Big Brother, Video Game Psychology & Obedient Humans living inside Skinner Boxes. This was a presentation at the recent DICE 2010 Summit.
- Cereal boxes with screen
- Soda cans with Wi-fi
- Tattoos with Adsense
- REM in-ear entertainment
- Sensors that sense our emotions
- Gov't rewards for supporting political candidates
- Eye sensors that track our reading
Pure tyranny, but possible.
If this happens, I'll be hoping for an Earth Cleanse or a good old EMP.

a delmare or something. I don't know how much money I have wasted on electronics that are throw away. Doesn't mean I am going to be tempted to put google tattoo on my body. I don't want any tattoo. Sure as heck ain't gonna let anybody mess with my dreams. why would I play with facebook on the back of a cereal box when I have it on my phone. laptop. net book. and desktop. Crap I want to get away from it for 5 minutes please just let me eat my damn captain crunch in peace mofo.
His World and the real world do not match. Game theory works for gamers. Some people don't play games. I don't know; I have heard a bunch of crazy predictions about what future life is supposed to be like...some may come true, and most will not.

I want Daily Paul points!!! Only we won't get any points...because the system will be all like "you have to comply to get points!" and we'll get negative points for pursuing non hive minded thought patterns, and I'll be last to get into clubs because I can't bribe the bouncer with points and I'll be the only one in New Orleans who can't throw bead points...
and my kids will fail because I teach them to follow what they believe not what they're told...and then I will have to pay more taxes because they got negative education points...
and I won't get points for eating what I like...and points will be money and every corporation will be it's own "Federal Reserve" of sorts.
Companies will team up and "share" points...so you will get points on specific networks...and if they want anything they'll just print more points...and my points will be worthless...everything we do will be worthless...
the future is going to suck.

I agree with jasevix that said that there will be 2 different people in the world. The Zombies and the Farmers.

The country won't last that long. There's going to be 2 types of people, Zombie's and farmers. The Zombies will keep hiding in their fantasies, wasting time in their virtual worlds, living like slaves. The farmers will be living off the land independent from society. Who functions today without the use of money? That is who will still be functioning after the fall of the dollar.

radar,
etc.
humans are very good at learning to leverage tehcnologies for their best interest. That is what the market is all about.

I kinda feel sorry for this guy because he apparently basis everything on what some people think, and the more he does what they want the more approval he gets, so be a butt kisser.

three part series over at freedocumentaries.org
The series is called "The Trap" parts 1,2, and three (linked below)
They deal with game theory and are very informative. If you have the time and stamina (each is an hour long or so) I'd recommend watching them after watching the above video. Then re-watch the above video, and you will know we are frogs in rapidly boiling water.
