Very Cool! English Freemen Standing In Court - The Takedown Begins!

0 votes

I thought this was very cool and just had to share, it's definitely worth a watch, if only for the tactics and bravery displayed. It really made me wonder if this could become a trend in America. Also made me wonder about the "legal fiction, strawman" issue that has been discussed here before.

Here we see English Freemen standing in court as Lay Advisors to another Freemen.

http://vimeo.com/10211543

This is for a Council Tax Liability Order hearing in Cwmbran Magistrates Court in South Wales, There were 14 Freemen in attendance.

The court was never convened as the Freemen never handed jurisdiction to magistrates or the clerk by standing up when ordered to do so and the magistrates never sat down.

The magistrates twice abandoned the court (the ship) and it was the Freemen who called the Police and at one point the Lay advisor can clearly be heard calling attending Police Constables to arrest the magistrates for impersonating judges.

There were many criminal acts committed this day by the company personnel (Magistrates, solicitors, security and the clerk) and Police complaints are under way pending prosecutions for Fraud among other things.

But for the real shocker of how these people think they are above the law ...

Watch until the end!

For an informed citizenry, individuals must discard the television set in favor of the acquisition of information via either books and/or the internet. An uneducated populous will remain in ignorance and thus continue to suffer the sharp ax of tyranny.

Watch that and the constable coming to the

Freedom Rebel Leaders lair for a little Q & A. Well handled by Fearless Leader I must say. I'm a member of that site now. Very interesting what's going on in Europe. It's good to see the queens serfs getting their noses out of joint. Time to dethrone the monarchy.

Just one last kick in the nuts, then a final deathblow

Bump,

for the power of common law.

bump

Huge bump!

Thank you so much for posting this. Very educational, and I think we should all watch this and study it. Face these scum and take them down under common law!

"The End"?

So the court made a judgement against Steven Barry (not his birth certificate) and...that's it?

He could get exactly the same result by simply not turning up to the hearing.

I'd like to know what happened next.

I say . . .

bless their hearts for remembering the ancient wisdom.

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

bump

I enjoyed it.

Repent, for the reign of YaHUaH is near!

There are ways to stay colorable...

and still stay in honor and not give up jurisdiction to the court. Conditionally accepting their offer upon proof of claim..learning how to set-off charges as a creditor, these are fine, but when you act like a debtor and argue, I don't think that is the way to go.

Just say, I accept your offer upon proof of bona fide claim.

Do you have a bona fide claim?

(Obviously there is much more to it than that)

And for those who tell you not to research and follow the law, don't listen to them. The whole problem is no one knows the law. Research, wisdom and bravery is what we need the most

Imagine telling the person that is losing their home to just let it go and not look stupid in court...it's embarrassing, my god, why would you want to "learn" and implement the law.

Just let the bank and court run you over and live in the streets. There is much more dignity in that.

Ohhh peoples...will we ever have a heart.

The U.K. is different

...than the U.S. in terms of tradition and respect and decorum. U.S. judges and magistrates are supremely arrogant and care not one whit for process or for people who attempt to use legal technicality to escape their predetermined conclusion.

I was told to get lost when I respectfully asked for a trial by jury and made a motion for discovery during a traffic case despite that being my RIGHT.

There is no "due process". Asking a judge in the U.S. to produce his "oath" would probably just get you tasered.

Well, I can say

that is probably true on some level but certainly not always.

We have been letting them get away with it for so long that it is difficult to assert ourselves.

Please watch this...it might inspire a different opinion.

Know your Constitution Part 2

Stay away from nonsense like

Stay away from nonsense like this. This is a diversion at best, and just takes you out of the fight.

You have to work within the law, not make up your own law. That's what criminal politicians do, with executive orders that they pretend have the authority of law, signing statements & c.

Legislators who pass laws that violate the Bill of Rights are in the same category, as are Supreme Court Justices who "interpret" the Constitution, rather than ruling on the case before them.

You can call yourself a freeman or a sovereign citizen, but you are breaking the law, taking yourself out of the fight to restore Constitutional government, and making yourself the subject of scorn and ridicule. Don't do it!

I respectfully disagree

The "Law" is whatever the court says it is.

Therefore, I think we have a civic DUTY to REPUDIATE and IGNORE and make a mockery of immoral and unconstitutional "laws". We have to pick our battles carefully, for sure, but working within the "Law" will get us nowhere and nothing but IGNORED.

We have to get a lot meaner and ruder and quiete a bit more vulgar and obnoxious if we want anything to change.

Worth the time to watch. This

Worth the time to watch.
This video shows all too clear the pretenders to office are FULLY AWARE of the various kinds of fraud they commit. We have been hoodwinked all along but thanks to some brave souls the truth will come out.

great

But I'd prefer to see the Larry Flynt method of outright defiance and mockery. We're gonna have to get a lot meaner and ruder if we want anything to change.

Wow, that was amazing

those people have great courage and really know the law. I am so proud of them. Common Law Rules!

Nice

I hope it ends well for them.

One bump for the day people!

One bump for the day people! and more input!

But in the end, the court still issued the Liability Order.

Even though they signed it before the actual hearing.

I'm sure if those guys file a commercial lien as they claim, they will then simply be prosecuted for filing bogus liens.

This has already been tried in Montana. It ended badly for the freemen.

I doubt English law has any additional protections. The only saving grace is that the police called in weren't thugs who grew weary of restraining their urges to beat the crap out of someone.

While the English are patsies and fools for allowing their country to take the Orwellian path long before America, at least they are usually more polite about it. Here, we just get thugs in uniform.
