Very odd statement from Obombya

Now what could this statement possibly mean? A planned earthquake for Hawaii (HAARP)? This is a very short clip.

Never mind the "Louisiana purchase" which the page references is not mentioned once. Utterly absurd sensationalism.

("But why would someone do that?", you ask?)

Never mind that the video freezes, the sound goes silent, then an out-of-place phrase is said, then the sound goes silent, and the video starts playing again. If it was in the source vid, the ticker wouldn't've stopped ticking. If it was the media was buffering to your computer, the video and audio should've stopped. The quality remained consistent throughout, otherwise; unlikely it would blip only then and there.

But it is in the transcript. Yet FOX is not likely to portray Obama favorably. Take a look at the source vid from FOX. It's at 6m34s. It is all there; he did say it.

is that no state is keeping special status and all states will be subject to the same benefits, equally.
Obama quotes from the article:
"...this legislation is going to be providing help to small businesses and individuals, across the board, in an even handed way, and providing people relief from a status quo that's just not working... (with) a provision that affects every state that is going through a natural catastrophe." and...
"My understanding is that whatever is going to be done on Medicare is going to apply across the board to all states."
