HB 21, the Florida House version of the Firearms Freedom Act NEEDS TO BE SCHEDULED FOR A HEARING BY TODAY, FRIDAY MARCH 19 or the bill will not even be voted on this year.

The Bill needs to be heard in The Civil Justice... & Courts Policy Committee if it is to have any chance to advance further in the process. The Chairman of the Committee is Representative Carl Domino. Only the Chairman can schedule a bill for a hearing.
