HEMET, CA police dept being terrorized

HEMET, Calif. – Police in this picturesque city in rural Riverside County have been on edge in recent weeks. Someone is trying to kill them.
First, a natural gas pipe was shoved through a hole drilled into the roof of the gang enforcement unit's headquarters. The building filled with flammable vapor but an officer smelled the danger before anyone was hurt.
"It would have taken out half a city block," Capt. Tony Marghis said.
Then, a ballistic contraption was attached to a sliding security fence around the building. An officer opening the black steel gate triggered the mechanism, which sent a bullet within eight inches of his face.

Perhaps they will try and blame a liberty group of violence for the media. Who knows???

More of your "rights" have been lost to this, than the patriot act. (I don't know about apples to oranges, but four decades of the war on drugs has created a police state, chaufer in and endorsed by propaganda, lies and deceit of the public.
The gang member mindset is young and arrogant. They speak of "shooting" their own, or affiliate members, like average kids talk about playing football. Truly disturbing, but not caused by drugs. Stealing hub caps or dealing drugs is to procure money, whereas the other means of earning, like helping out on a farm, or working at a gas station are barred, and non existant.
Youth are simply abandoned.
End big pharma too.
Support your local small family farmers.
Whether it was "organized criminal gang with an agenda" as the police suspect, or not, I agree with the post above, and detect a personal vendetta, by one or two individuals.

I use to live there and it was a peaceful retirement community with many young families. I guess the gang bangers from LA migrated there. Yuk!

Do you think that the LA gangbangers in blue rolled on up to Hemet and took it over? Apparently they've been there for a while, terrorizing citizens. Heck, they even have their own armored compound in the middle of the city.

Perhaps those gang bangers in blue should stop being violent with people. It really is only a matter of time before a worse gang comes along to try to take over their turf. Most people here are familiar with the term 'blowback', right?

I agree willy2. It's not OK...but this sounds very sophisticated. Hemet is an agricultural town. I'm wondering if the police has pissed one of the local drug lords off.
