Pledge to Defend Fellow Citizens

I pledge to all Americans that if on a jury I will not convict anyone for violating any provision in the Healthcare Bill. I will defend doctors, nurses, patients, and anyone else who is charged with a so called crime regarding this treasonous legislation.
People we need to come together and let the powers know that we will not let them harm us anymore. We hold the final power over anything they pass as a so called law.
No more messing around hoping government representatives at various levels of government take care of this. They won't. No more hoping judges decide the right way. They won't. It is up to us to take control through juries.
Anyone else will to take the pledge?
If this is like income taxes, you can either not pay the fine
and go to Tax Court where there is no jury or you can pay the fine and sue in District Court for a refund where you will have a jury.
The time for civil war is oh so close. This bull crap just adds to the pain by extracting more of our wealth to pay for coverage of illegal aliens and a new federal bureau.
I hope I live long enough to watch these crooks hung like their fellow fascists, Mussolini.

without saying, but you will have to insist on a jury trial and I think that can be difficult for a fine. So they may have to refuse to pay the fine first and be arrested for that. It could really be a long drawn out proccess. Lot's of court costs I'm sure too. It is all about control and robbing us more. I assume it will be a federal offence too. Oh boy.. I can't imagine people will just lay down for this. I think some state AGs will be bringing lawsuits. I know mine will. I don't think Pelosi can get away with what she is trying to pull. These days Ya just never know.

Judges overturn jury decisions all the time...sickening.

That's a good point.
In order to implement this, they have to fine people who don't buy insurance.
In order to do that, they have to get convictions.
So: nobody convict your fellow citizens.
