The Commission is a government entity created by Congress. It is funded entirely by the federal government on an annual basis and its staff members are government employees. The White House and Congressional leadership appoint the Commissioners.
NO! to a commision that, considers itself as instrumental in...

Just like we don't need the Dept. of Education, the EPA, the DEA, the Czarships, etc....
I don't think they mean harm, just like those working in the other commissions. And, truth be told, if they restricted their work just to the US I might even go for it as the mission is good. However, it is just more foreign intervention and entangling we don't need.

The ONLY way I could support something like this...
...is if it were a PRIVATELY funded organization.
Sure the cause sounds good, but they are transferring wealth from American citizens to exist.
So at the point of a gun (IRS) we are forced to fund this "good cause" program.
How many federal holidays, vacation, benefits and retirement do these thieves get?

I agree with that assesment. I guess I said I would be OK with it in the US since so much of this crap is funded by debt.
Oh, and careful progressing the myth that the money the IRS steals has anything to do with government programs, it all goes to the banksters.

Yes Mohusk--You raise a very important point.
I HAVE HEARD that all our income taxes go to pay interest on the debt - Which means to the rotted Federal Reserve.
But I can't seem to find definitive numbers - only speculations.
IF this is true then it makes perfect sense that the FED and the Federal income tax were created in the SAME YEAR - 1913.
Also, if we can prove this then we MUST inform EVERY American of this until the outrage turns into ACTION.

Our Constitution already makes religious freedom a law here.
We can lead by example, but not create another huge government commission regarding this subject internatinally.
We can't afford it and these types of agencies ALWAYS operate very inefficiently.
If the world likes how we treat religious freedom here, then they can emulate us.
Or if a PRIVATE organization wants to fight for this cause, then fine and dandy.
But this is funded by federal tax dollars and there are lots of fat-cat board members on this commission.
I can only imagine what they get paid - PLUS all the federal holidays, pensions and benefits.
