and he did vote for the bailout. Not sure what you mean that he helped Kagen get elected? Appleton and the surrounding area has been drifting for many years,it's like they are trying to Madison or something. Not the same as it once was up there.

quite possibly. It's hard to tell what's real on video nowadays, some video editors and programs are quite efficient.
