That was Ron Paul`s district in the late 70`s and early 80`s

I caught that too. She was sounding pretty good, until the moon mars thing.
Uhmmm.....We here on EARTH would like to get our own country squared away first, much less our planet!!

I'm guessing NASA is part of her district?

i don't understand where these people are coming from, because frankly i haven't followed it.

So on the face of it, we're seeing some pissed off texas democrats who are mad at about the bailouts, and mad at obama, and mad about nasa getting their funding chopped down to size...

i'm not really into putting down of the current administration.

they deserve it no doubt, but it's not my job.

it's not my job, because i view the big picture as this:

-the problem is politicians, democrat, republican, whatever
-the problem is people, most of them are ignorant
-the problem is a cycle that involves a false paradigm

if we fix the ignorance, and destroy the false paradigm, the first problem is automatically corrected.

helping the republicans right now to make obama enemy number one, actually HELPS the false paradigm continue.

so when it comes to my involvement within the republican party, and engaging fellow republicans, my goal is to wipe away the ignorance, and inform the other person of the profound problems under their noses within their very own party.

i'll leave the obama bashing to the neocons and those who support liberty from within the democratic party.

watching the video, for a few seconds i was hopeful.

but it sure seems like just more of the "not my ox" syndrome. the government is a big fat juicy target for theft ...and these people at nasa think they're entitled. and now a bunch of people in that district think, that despite our country being broke, it's a good idea to preserve nasa, and a manned mission to mars, and what not.

if i were in charge, and i'm from texas, nasa would go away. bye bye. so would the irs, the federal reserve, and department of education, and most of the commerce department, nearly all of the census bureau. all government contractors would be fired. (there are 2 million contractors, and 4 million full timers)...
