Here's an example of a recepient of FEDERAL GRANT MONEY FROM THE NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS:

$25,000 to "The Symmetry Project" with more on the way.

IF THIS ISN'T GREAT ART, I SURE DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!
Thanks federal government, for spending our money so efficiently.

Is that naked children? Is that not child pornography? oh wait it is art, or science or something so all of a sudden it is okay?
