Militia members charged with police-killing plot

WASHINGTON – Nine suspects tied to a Christian militia in the Midwest are charged with conspiring to kill police officers, then attack a funeral in the hopes of killing more law enforcement personnel, federal prosecutors said Monday.

U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said agents moved on the group because the Hutaree members were planning a violent reconaissance mission sometime in April — just a few days away.

Members of the group called Hutaree are charged in the case, including their leader, David Brian Stone, also known as "Captain Hutaree."

These people will get their

These people will get their day in court, but if what I have heard is true, jail is where they belong.

They are charged with planning to kill a police officer, and then kill other police officers at his funeral. Anyone involved in this type of activity belongs in jail. Don't allow the media, or the Southern Poverty Law wackos to associate these people with us.

Report any criminal activity like this to local law enforcement. They are on our side.

At least there was not a

At least there was not a violent retaliation and that we can see these guys go through our questionable court process.

I bet that there was an undercover operative within their militia that was pushing an attack just like those Muslims recently who were pushed into planning an attack by an undercover agent.

But if the Feds try to keep these guys indefinitely without a trial then there might be violent blowback from their members.

You and blounttruth are getting somewhere, just like I am

"I bet that there was an undercover operative within their militia that was pushing an attack just like those Muslims recently who were pushed into planning an attack by an undercover agent."

The government has been doing this for a long time and barely anyone has noticed. The reason no one has noticed is because the gov't has been doing it to "undesirables"(nazis, white nationalists, kkk, muslims,"militia",etc) and so no one has cared.

The gov't infiltrator sows the seeds and comes up with the "plot". Then tells the others that they are not "true believers" unless they carry out the "plot".

The gov't then steps in an busts those that say they will partake, though no one has made that step. It has been done over and over again and no one barely notices.

Look up the case of Matt Hale, and you will see an example of what I'm talking about.

Seek the "truth", wherever it sends you.

Lamb of God - As the Palaces Burn

After hearing about this Sunday

I looked into other militia related incidents and found that in GA a member was arrested for building bombs, but in reality the narks that worked for the feds buried bombs on his property and this was revealed in court. Even knowing that they had been set up, a jury convicted the militia member. I must say that all the evidence will have to come out since we now know that they will entrap anyone they want and can even buy a jury to convict an obviously innocent man. I am not familiar with the full case, but since the government agents that infiltrated buried bombs on his property without his knowledge and then the planted evidence was used against him even AFTER the jury found that the materials had been planted by the government is worrisome to say the least.

If these people were planning on killing innocent people then they are terrorists plain and simple, but from this story it is likely that we will never know the full truth.

Always remember:

If other militias thought these guys were nuts,

as I've heard, then we might want to hold off on blaming the feds in this one case.

What an utter sham.

Most likely very trumped up charges.

Complete hoax

The SPLC/ADL/FBI just want to remind 'the masses' that their web surfing habits are being recorded....imaginary plots are created.

Hmm, we'll see.

So far, it sounds like legitimate Conspiracy to commit murder, but we don't have the case facts yet, and from what I've heard so far, only one side of the story. Could be crazies looking for a fight, or could be illegitimate altogether- as spectators, we don't know for sure yet.

The hard part will be proving intent to do so, but we'll see what happens.

Yeah cause we know yahoo news and the feds etc. are such beacons of truth.... There is another thread already on this:

Thought crimes?

I still haven't learned of anything they did. I would like to know if they will be charged and have rights to a fair trial and if the public will get information on the case as it progresses. This sounds like a public relations campaign to malign MIAC report type groups. But until something concrete is revealed, it sounds like thought-crime to me.

"Violent reconaissance mission?"

What the hell is that? Recons are generally information gathering. One avoids violence on a recon or did I spend 20 years in the Marines and learn nothing? Ambush patrol I could understand, recon no...

We have the word of the Feds on this.

I believe I'll wait for some proof, rather than having faith in Big Brother.
Conspiracy is what you're charged with when they don't have any proof you actually did something.
As Clarence Darrow once noted, if two little boys steal some apples it's a misdemeanor. If they talk about it and don't do it, it's a conspiracy and a felony.
Believe it best to not give government the benefit of the doubt. Whatever they say they need to show proof.

Conspiracy theorizing = eternal vigilance
