A.N.S.W.E.R. Confronts 9-11 Truth Marchers at Los Angeles March Over Anti-War Message

Organizers for International ANSWER confronted 9-11 Truth marchers at last Saturday's massive L.A. event, after the contingent arrived early enough to claim space at the front of the march with a series of 12-foot tall, professionally-made blue banners with 9-11 Truth messages on them. The organizers told them they would have to move to the back of the march since 9-11 Truth was not an "anti-war message." The contingent replied that 9-11 was the biggest anti-war message of all, since both the war in Iraq and in Afghanistan were predicated and enabled by the events of 9-11, as has been the erosion of civil liberties. ANSWER organizers threatened police action, but in the end respected the marchers' rights. The 9-11 marchers stood their ground and refused to move to the back of the parade, and kept their place near the front of the march. Following is a video made of the event.
I finally watched the video, it's a must. Not just random footage of the march but a work of art. 9-11 Truth will end the wars.

Eyes on the Prize, All Out for 9-11 Truth on April 15
Let me wonder aloud: Does the present government harassment of militias (those asserting their rights most boldly,) "enemy belligerent" legislation, and media demonization of Tea Parties have anything to do with 911 Truth taking hold far faster than they anticipated? The 1000 Architects and Engineers threw them for a loop, they thought it was contained. This is how a government acts when it is frightened.
If this is the case, then we should brush off the slings and arrows and pump up the volume like they did in L.A. Truth should be out in force with signs and banners on April 15th. The tipping point is arriving, and the thuggish behavior shows we're on the right track. Eyes on the prize!

and showed that on a loop the whole time they were talking about the miniscule protest full of nutjobs.

Bump for civility
I didn't see a single one of these banners in all the footage I've seen of the Hollywood march. Thanks for allowing the organizers of this event to do their thing, I'm glad that you all came to some sort of understanding so that you could all march together to end the wars. In all honesty, it has been customary to have the veterans take the lead in these marches, so I trust them when they said that. This is a tradition that has gone on since the 60's. It combats the belief that all soldiers believe in the mission.

ANSWER is the left-leaning anti-war coalition
which manages to mix up the anti-war message with immigration and other separate issues, thus alienating those who don't want to swallow that entire program. That said, they are pretty good at getting large numbers of people into the streets on a Saturday. Truth could use a few organizers like this.

this is essentially the nature of this disagreement. Just as you do not like a peo-illegal immigrant message being associated with anti-war, similarly, they did not want the 9/11 truther message associated. I agree, this is a positive example of groups leaving their differences aside to unite for a common message.
