The goon even said that he's on his way to becoming like Ron Paul... Yup, he used Ron Paul's name more than once.
He said we should mind our own business and stop giving foreign aid to ALL countries. He even said that our policies overseas DO create unintended consequences ie. 9/11.
I'm sure someone will post the video on YouTube soon.
I don't like the guy for what he did to Medina, but he DEFINITELY helped our cause today by saying Dr. Paul's common sense stance for a sensible foreign policy to the millions of his receptive viewers.
There's no denying that Ron Paul now has a tremendous chance of winning the 2012 election!

He's just looking for ratings. A poll said Ron Paul was tied with Obama, so he obviously wanted his name attached to it.
I don't think it really matters if Beck

Either way, more people are hearing that it's OK to question the war. It's becoming a flood now.
And they say there's no such thing as bad publicity. People will hear Ron Paul's name and Google him. Some percentage of those will be attracted to his message.

I've been reading what others say about NLP--
and I find it intriguing (and I've done no independent research on it)--
but for me this signals the 'beginning of the end'--
for Beck to say that the troops need to come home makes me think that he knows that it's already too late--
which is sad.
I don't trust the man, so this isn't good news to me.

Yesterday he mocked and trashed Paul and those who support...
Yesterday, while reporting the scientific Rasmussen Poll, he clearly and aggressively mocked Paul and those who support him. His tone was condescending and trashy! He is not a friend of Dr. Paul's, nor the true liberty need to secure the nomination process throughout the land, for liberty candidates.
It is becoming apparent that strategically, Beck is biding his moment to, along with Palin and Gingrich, split the party away into a third party, should Paul and true liberty candidates grasp hold of the nomination! It is the 100th anniversary election via the same perfidy, in which the Fed obtained it's willing puppet president for it's signature!
Be prepared to seek support among all parties and independents. It is time to declare that freedom, sound constitutional principles, and liberty ethics, most certainly trump all that calls itself "party"!
The "fuhrer princep" holds no sway with true patriots, and true watchmen on the walls! Liberty and liberty candidates give no credence to 'party above principle'! When they take oaths, they keep oaths!

Thanks for coming on my site the other day and writing something. Your thoughts on the issue were good, as they are above with Beck.
Hearing one of the Tax Party speakers on stage yesterday give shout outs to Hannity, Malkin and other neoconservatives and hearing the crowd applaud each time made me cringe.
IMO, Beck is aware of this strength we all possess that Gary North wrote about today (see excerpt below). Beck may be a wolf, but Little Red Riding Hood isn't aware of this yet.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the months ahead. I'm hoping to have my book finished to make a difference as well. We all need to do our part eh?

Beck and all his cohorts on Fox, and all the other cable and network political pundits are dissimulation experts. Their job is to ingratiate themselves with any grassroots movement to restore constitutional government, and then to misdirect, obfuscate, and to ultimately destroy the potential political effectiveness of any such groups. It does not matter if he says exciting truths. 85 percent of a good lie has to be the truth or people would reject his attempt to ingratiate himself. A case in point highlighting their duplicity would be the under reporting of the actual numbers of people that attended the first large Tea Party rally at the capital. All of the MSM reported 60-70 thousand people when in reality the Park Police reported in excess of one million. Unfortunately, I believe in this country numbers and money impress people. Under reporting the actual numbers was the first attempt to blunt the momentum of the movement. I also believe, in my opinion, that people like Beck are employing sophisticated neuro-linguistic hypnosis techniques that subconsciously induce people to believe what they say, ect.

and yes, the stuff works and yes, the media uses it all the time.
Only someone who has been through NLP can be aware of how one individual can actually control another without them knowing they're being controlled.
But I'm not talking a Tony Robbins type of NLP here... Kenrick goes so far as to address the Dark Side. Some scary stuff there...
I'd like to use some Dark Side technique on Sean Hannity someday...

Sorry about that. I really should not have added the reference to neuro-linguistic hypnosis onto my post as I have only recently read some articles about Dr. Milton H. Erickson M.D. and how Obama employs techniques he developed in his speeches, and I can not really comment on the subject in-depth.

Erickson was known for what is called "reframing." From what I remember about him, when he was on stage giving a speech, he only told stories.
In telling a story, the one who is describing an event or subject, tries to put the listeners mind in a place that makes them feel good (rather than where it is now, misery - or at least economic misery or unemployment misery).
A good politician can do this in such a manner to convince both sides of the issue he is on their side.
By the end of the "story," one goes about their week feeling good, despite the reality of the situation.
I see Glenn Beck utilizing this some with his pointing to the signs, "Faith," "Hope," and "Charity" with the Founding Fathers pictures on them.
Obama's signs were "Hope" too right? and "Change."
Simple words that can reframe...
And I've seen Beck use them in his stories...(I'm trying to bring our conversation back to the post topic).

The REALLY interesting and good news here is...
what it signifies that Beck would DO a show like this. THEY ARE LOSING THE WAR ISSUE!... and they know it.
RP winning these straw polls is making them hysterical. And RP never backs away from this issue of the military/industrial complex. He is TURNING social mood on bringing the troops home from all over the world. Now that the public knows we are broke, RP is making more and more sense to them!
THAT is why Beck (the psychotic) did this show. He goes with what the public WANTS (media whore that he is). So if he did this, it is because social mood is changing. And RP is in the forefront leading the charge!
You don't have to like Beck.... but you sure can like what this signifies! The AUDIENCE's views are changing! I am VERY happy to see this bit of sycophancy from Beck because it gives us a "gauge" of the progress we are making.
