After discovering Dr. Paul and going from one link to another we discover people who have written books, blogs and internet radio, that helped us along this journey to knowledge.

John Perkins
Gen. Smedley Butler

Persistant 'Dave' Hero Of The Ron Paul Revolution

When Los Angeles Times writer Amy Silverstein submitted an article requesting sympathy notes for a
dedicated and persistent Ron Paul supporter,'dave' who rarely let a day go by without submitting a comment in support of Ron Paul, she got more than she bargained for.

The DP is proof that the grassroots support for Ron Paul and his peaceful message of individual liberty is large, real, and not going away!

John Stuart Mill

John Stuart Mill - argued for individual and natural rights and established "utilitarianism"

You forgot

Mark Koernke..AKA Mark from Michigan..he has had his own show in Live 365 Liberty tree Radio.com and The Micro Effect.com since the advent of internet. He's been broadcasting on shortwave for 20 odd years. He is another political prisoner having done a 7 year term basically for organizing the Michigan Militia. Give him a listen, he is the real deal.

The list so far

In a fit of OCD I decided to combine all the names dropped so far into one, roughly in order of when they were posted. There may be duplicates, but I did my best to avoid that.

If someone more familiar with all these people could clean the list up that would be awesome. Maybe even group them into categories, i.e. Authors, economists, activists, politicians, bloggers, radio hosts, historical figures, liberty candidates, alive, dead, etc. or time periods and maybe provide links to what they're known for this could become a pretty good resource for everyone. We shouldn't let this combined wisdom go to waste. Anyway, here is the unorganized list so far:

I read her book

"Shock Doctrine" it is very revealing about the extent of Corporatism and how ruthless it is and they use terms like "free markets" but they are really Corporate control through terror markets, unfortunately she blames Capitalism.

I see us in a tight spot. Have you read her book? Wow, I can see where she is but Ron Paul is NOT a Corporatist he believes in Civil Liberties which is VERY important to differentiate from the Globalists and Corporatists.

This is what she doesn't understand about us. This is why the elite don't like us and why the left don't like us. We are against Big Corporate control & Big Government Control.

She may not like us, but I liked her book it made me aware that I have to be very careful that we can be played from more than one angle.

Prepare & Share the Message of Freedom through Positive-Peaceful-Activism.

thanks for the info quilting

thanks for the info quilting
I trust your judgement
Maybe I should be more open minded than this and less partisan. Now Im really interested in actually reading her book. appreciate the positivity

I also like her work

For the most part, I have come to learn that most of us in the know are awake to all of the issues but just have a different opinion on solutions. Her book, No Logo and Shock doctrine were great at exposing Globalism, Corporatism and the shift from Corps just producing a product to working with the FED to producing and marketing "Lifestyles" instead. Matter of fact she was on NPR this morning. Most might not like her views but in truth she is a very principled journalist.

Barry Goldwater

"I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue!"

Patrick Buchanan

Patrick Buchanan is probably the most significant addition you can make to this list. Almost every prediction he has made over last 3 decades has come true.

His books:

Republic not an Empire
Death of the West
State of Emergency- Third World Invasion
Churchill, Hitler And the Unnecessary war
Right from the beginning

are all brilliant and iconic.

He is Dr. Paul's personal friend, and they have both campaigned and supported each other.

Pat-Buchanan should be at the top of everyone's list.
