The Libertarians have risked A LOT to help us!!!
Everyone, I can't stress to you all how much the Libertarians have risked by giving us access to their phone banking system. I need as many people as possible to be available Saturday for the Phone Banking Operation in New Hampshire! Please register and forward this to your organizers and volunteers and encourage them to participate! I promise it will be fun and easy and will have a MAJOR good effect on the race in favor of Dr. Paul!

Event Description: Hello everyone,
Austin Petersen here! I need all of you and everyone you know across the USA to volunteer to help with the HUGE HOME BASED PHONE DRIVE!!!
The greatest part about this event is that you can do it from home, you don't have to go anywhere. All you'll need is a cell phone with free minutes and a computer with an internet connection!
The Libertarian Party has opened up their phone banking website for us to use at
If you would like to participate please go to ballotbase.org and register on their website. Once you have finished, you will receive a confirmation email. Then you'll have a username and login. Then on Saturday you just log in, pick up your phone, and call the phone numbers. In the website is a very simple tutorial on how to use the system, there's a simple interface that allows you to record the status of the call. It's very important to get as many people as we can all over the USA or even the world to call New Hampshire that day.
If you prefer you may come to NY Headquarters that day. Bring a laptop, and phone and we will provide the internet connection.
Again, to participate:
1. Register at ballotbase.org
2. Familiarize yourself with the website and use the easy tutorials they provide
3. On Saturday at 1PM EST log in to the website and start making calls. The script will be there directly underneath.

It's Highly Effective!
Other campaigns are using the robocalls which people hate. This gives everyone a chance to talk to a voter directly and share your passion for liberty. Also, volunteers are ranked so you can see how many calls you're making in comparison to others and turn it into a fun, competitive game that benefits Dr. Paul!

Why are you trying to interfere with this? Because you don't think it's a good idea?!? The official campaign CANNOT advise anyone "not to do" or "to do" anything. The FEC would come down on them. Stop trying to control something that you personally don't like for whatever reason!

I'm not saying they are not doing it, I'm saying that it's not needed in NH since we've had 5 or 6 phone calls already to every home.
After the second Rudy call, I got impatient with them and didn't wait to slam the phone down on them. What is NH going to do when they get their 7th call, and start getting nasty to the callers? How are these callers going to react?
Huckabee had some unofficial volunteers doing this and it backfired.
Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion and mine comes from what I am seeing go on in NH.

I know there are alot of Ron Paul supporters that have been for months expressing their desire to see the Lp endorse Ron Paul. Well this is about as close to an endorsement as they can legally. The question is, will all the Ron Paul supporters that have been flooding the Lp with emails and phone calls show some gratitude. Maybe we could help them recoup some of the money they're putting up for this?

I need you to know that these are very controversial decisions and there are some people who are very upset.
A few are upset that we've invited Dr. Paul into our presidential race, while others are up-in-arms that we've used LNC resources to benefit a Republican. At first glance, they have an argument, so let me take a minute to FULLY DISCLOSE what this is about, how it works and what we're possibly giving up and gaining.
We plan to use the Ballot Base to affect a Republican primary. To do so, we give up the following:
* The use of a server that is not even moderately used during the political off-season.
* An independent expenditure of $2,120 to purchase the New Hampshire voter files of registered Republicans.
* Moderate use of staff time.
Now, here's what we possibly have to gain:
* We make it possible to influence a Republican primary race in the favor of liberty...just as we have done in the past with other primary races.
* We gain the ability to build a lasting relationship with a large group of pro-liberty activists.
* Most importantly, through the Ballot Base registration process, we are able to reach out to many thousands of people who share many common values with the LP. Hopefully, one day down the road, as we continue to build our relationship, they will take the bold step of joining the Libertarian Party or supporting our efforts.
So, for a few thousand dollars, use of a server and some of our time, we are able to create a network of communication with what I hope will be thousands of hard-working and passionate lovers of liberty.
In the meantime, a soft-spoken Republican congressman named Ron Paul gets a leg up over the likes of Rudy Giuliani and Mitt Romney.
