Lawsuit to stop Greek bailout asserts it's a violation of German law

Too bad it's only available in German:

http://www.spiegel.de/politik/ausland/0,1518,693681,00.html

These types of activities and the activities of people like Birgitta Jonsdottir in Iceland give me hope.

What's interesting is that the article asserts that the Greek bailout is even contrary to European Union regulations, yet the tile of the article is "Attack of the Anti-European-Union Seniors".

Now that's interesting,

Now that's interesting, unfortunately only in German.

Those five professors have already fought against the EURO in 1998, good for them!

Appearantly a decision surrounding the Lisbon treaty (?) gave them a new angle to attack the bailout.

I really hope this is not understood as Germans being against Greeks, but as citizens against international banking cartells and IMF.
The citizens in most EURO zone countries were against the EURO in the first place, Germany is no exception.

The article's comments

The article's comments indicate that not all readers are smart enough to realize that it's not about "Germans against Greeks". Some of them are alleging that the gentlemen filing the suit "don't care about the poor Greeks", which is of course the very line the bankers want to see parroted (luckily someone jumped in and pointed out that the notion that the bailouts might help the common Greek is based on a flawed understanding).

But it gets worse. Another commenter said they had "the USA to thank" for all the problems.

Perhaps they are not all wrong, as we could be blamed for not having stopped the proliferation of monopoly, un-backed and factional reserve banking, at least in our own country.

Isn't it ironic that the

Isn't it ironic that the globalist bankers are always successfully using national idendity to play people against each other, at the same time they want to tear down all borders and national economies.
So they can play monopoly.
Greeks have strong national feelings, thank God, if those can be directed aginst the Ponzi Megabanks.... this will be great!

now I will read the comments =)
