This crap is really starting to get out of hand.
Did you know in some states they have made it law to prohibit you from filming a police officer while on duty?
Although this is completely unconstitutional and will be overturned if challanged, the law is still on the books.

The news story video said there is only one misdemeanor charge.
The video indicated the TSA person used her badge and claimed she was "homeland security" and then stole pizza. Would this not be a felony of criminal impersonation to commit theft?
Locals should put pressure on the prosecutor for felony charges.

the charges and jail time the average joe would get for this? Good thing they didn't have a joint on them. Of course they probably weren't searched.
They will probably charge the store manager for selling alcohol to some one who was already under the influence and he will do time or they will close down the store and/or take away their liquor license.
They should be made an example of. Even tried to use their badge to steal. What scum.
