Video - The US Is a Corporation? - updated

The video raises a lot of good points about esquires and why Britain seemed to come away from "losing" the war rather well. Lots of references. I found it interesting.

My favorite quote...

Edward Mandell House to Woodrow Wilson..(1913-1921)

“[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be non the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two would figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor or to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner; every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.”

So there you have it....

If this is fact

and we can get a source....

The Revolution should be easy. :-)

If this is factual, this needs to be made into a BIG deal.

Watched the videos and I...

have heard of this over the years several times but, assuming that this is so...what are we doing? Should we close up shop and go home? Why worry about getting our candidates into office if the whole show is a sham? Wouldn't a learned man such as Ron not know what's up? I don't have the smarts or research to disagree but, why would Ron consider being president for the Queen of England? Why would we stand out in a snow storm holding signs for a big lie..?

After doing much research...

I have found some conclusions that I can agree with...

1.) For-profit corporations are NOT for the benefit of all people, but really solely for the benefit of some.

2.) If we operated our lives as not-for-profit-corp (OUR OWN ALL CAPS CORP) and started creating foundations-trusts that were benefiting the community... we would not be "chasing after the profit-carrot stick".

We would focus on building businesses that would ACTUALLY benefit the community as opposed to just benefiting the "bottom line"

A for-profit is created with scarcity in mind...always taking as much as possible, extracting benefits from the earth..then dumping toxins in its place. Always hording..trying to extract as much "financial energy" out of the system into their pockets

Basically, more self-centered organizations. This is why the IRS frowns on for-profits and creates other advantages for using foundations etc...they are telling you something.

I am NOT here to say that everyone needs to do this or do that..all I am saying is that those of us who really want to create jobs, stay outside the juridiction of the UNITED STATES, and truly benefit our community-world, then taking a second look at building something like this might be very worthwhile.

If we had local not-for-profits that had community gardens and local restaurants..it would mean jobs for teens and locals, healthy food for the less fortunate, security-safety for the whole community, a sense of pride in the work being done etc etc...as opposed to running some for-profit getting taxed every step of the way corporation.

I guarantee, if we had not-for-profits driving the move behind green technologies, they would create EFFECTIVE solutions rather than political solutions

Plus, the for-profits will be glad to donate to good causes that are for the community's benefit and get their "write-offs"...the abundance is there, we just need to tap into it correctly and build something THAT LASTS!

Just my two cents...hopefully, I am not way off base here

Every system needs balance...

The stranger part

is I recall one of AJ's videos having Ron Paul's brother on talking about the permanent bankruptcy of the US in 1933. Dr. Paul always refers to the country as bankrupt, he...never exactly says when it happened. This makes me think he knows something about it.

"You underestimate the character of man." | "So be off now, and set about it." | Up for a game?

The bankruptcy I believe in...

but, the Queen owning the U.S. Kind of weird. Since we saved Englands ass from being one of Hitlers new provinces I would say we're even....same goes for the French.

wrong reasons

those war rackets did exactly what they were supposed to do. Commoner loyalty had literally nothing to do with it beyond being the motive force for the events.

If you google "Ring of Power"

If you google "Ring of Power" there's a 144 minute documentary that's pretty intriguing. There's a story about the woman who narrates it, something about her father being a freemason, and her search to discover the truth about him. Fascinating stuff.

Actually, here's the link - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4675077383139148549#

if you google "Ring of Power 2:

Monkey Blood", the same narrator then informs us that some of us were genetically modified by Greek gods who crash landed on Earth from Venus after its globe warmed too much, necessitating their evacuation.

Whether or not this is psy-op damage control stabilizing a truth-teller into the conspiratorium, her sequel makes me question her overall veracity.

Curious she's trying to profit from such grandiose truth.

Jon have you ever seen this?

(I'm being flagged as spam again so I'll do this in parts)

it's a multi-part documentary on ancient Egypt called Magical Egypt with researcher John Anthony West. He shows that (and many other archeologists agree) the pyramids and Sphinx are older than what we are taught - much much older. He also shows the precision cuts, some of even perfect circles, into extremely hard materials, which we are being told were made by slaves with copper tools. It's not about aliens or anything like that but it does make many question whether what we are being taught in school about our origins is the complete picture.

Magical Egypt

we are the Remnant

After researching it a bit, I now do believe that we are being lied to about our true origins (like we have been lied to about our monetary system, history, science, etc). Darwin was connected to the elite and their eugenics movement, and his theory of "survival of the fittest" that is being taught as fact within their educational system seems to me a perfect vehicle to push more of their divisive ideologies upon us. Compare this dog-eat-dog view of the world with that of the ancient Egyptians where we are all connected, and of one conscience, jointly tuned into one universe of many, via our receiver, the pineal gland. Modern science and quantum physics are just catching up to this. (see Michio Kaku, Dr. Richard Strassman for examples)

we are the Remnant

continued (end)

But what about the evidence? Well, I haven't dug too deeply into this or verified it but there seems to be a lot of archaeological evidence which would support a theory of origin different from what we are taught. Have a look at this for example - it's fascinating:

Klaus Dona: The Hidden History of the Human Race

None of this substantiates the claims you mention that are being made in Monkey Blood (I haven't seen it nor have I any idea whether that alien stuff is true or not). But personally, I no longer immediately think that a theory other than Darwin's is something to laugh at having looked into it now. As Einstein said, "Condemnation without investigation, is the height of ignorance." I don't mean to start a debate or argument; I just thought I might turn you and/or others who have an open mind onto this fascinating stuff :-)

but generally, I first search for "debunking [author]" before reading anything in this area.

After that, if there is one, I flip to the Great Pyramid section, for I am most knowledgeable here.

Though bringing up correct information, he is wrong on several accounts:

  • He states the rise angle of the walls is 51°, when if not mentioning seconds, should round 51°51" (out of 60") to 52°, as it is essential to retain precision in his otherwise valid measurements.
  • He states its precise alignment with true north is impossible today, even with modern tech, when iterating over time the shadows of a stick can point you to true north, along with various other simple boy-scout methods.
  • He states "This hump of protruding bedrock is nowhere near level which means that a standard 4, 5, 6 method of squaring the base could not have been used", which is wrong on several accounts: there is a 3-4-5, (3²+4²=5²) but definitely not a 4-5-6 method of squaring (4²+5²≠6²), and his image on the same pages shows the bedrock hump within the volume of the structure, allowing for rope to mark corners, which is more likely what happened since its corner sockets were laid first, and are what metrologists use to measure the structure—something he should have known with even cursory investigation. The original walls are gone, but these corner sockets leave no ambiguity where they were to start and end.
  • He states the rock roof structure of the King's Chamber "serves no purpose in regards to strengthening the structure and seems like it would have been an awful lot of trouble to build" and therefore must be mystical. The structure is entirely practical: it's uniquely load-bearing to allow for "relief" and cracked only during the most violent earthquake that region experienced. Most any other structural arrangement would not have sustained the weight of everything above the King's Chamber for that long, let alone through all its earthquakes.
  • He mentions the markings in the ceiling of the King's Chamber, but doesn't really clarify what they were: they were the signatures of the paid contractors who built the pyramid. Other than that, there are no Hieroglyphs on the structure at all.
  • I really hope this is a transcription error from whoever made this pdf: "The simple fact that people of ancient times bothered to right this text down"
  • He suggests some ancient method of rock pouring was used to make its blocks, but this would unexplain the existence of the corkscrew, ascending internal ramp found in the structure upon x-raying it. Simply, the structure itself was its own ramp as it was being built up.
  • My all time favorite recitation about the Great Pyramid is when someone says something about the structure like: "Creating various equations using its measurements produce results that give us the distance from the Earth to the Sun, The distance from the Earth to the Moon, The diameter of the Earth, The Radius of the Earth at the equator, The length of the solar, sidereal and anomalistic years and the mathematical formula of Pi, thousands of years before it was discovered - just to name a few." Aside from it providing the mathematical forumla for 22/7 known by the ancient world as an approximation for pi, he said a mouthful more than he may ever realize there. See the most amazing thing I've ever found for what's missing.
  • He ended the section saying there is no real explanation for the building or its inner passgeways. This is fair to say, but it is worth considering that the inner passageways are visual metaphors:
    • for life: a wide, descending passageway that lines up with the dragon constellation Alpha Draconis and ends in a pit with an unfinished floor ("bottomless pit"; the easy path to passive destruction) and a narrow asending passagway for the diligent which leads to a coffin with no top in a room with no finished ceiling (eternal life), a level Queen's passageway which is too small for 6/7ths of the way, then opens up for one to comfortably move in the last 7th, entering into a 7-faced room. (Almost sounds like someone being mocked for preaching the truth all his life, then suddenly becoming a rock-star)
    • And if you accept the inch-wide inset atop the Grand Galley as a year-long ruler, these passageways also match a to-the-year accurate timeline of biblical events, starting with the flood, then the pyramid's construction, the beginning and end of the Jewish Age, Jesus' life, the Christian age, leading to the eventual end of the "Divine Right of Kings" with WWI at the level entrance to the King's Chamber. Christ is even personified as "salvation" for those falling down the descending passageway by being the roughly-hewn link to the upper passageway (or Gospel Age) at its beginning/his death.

"In that day there will be an altar to the LORD in the heart of Egypt, and a monument to the LORD at its border." Isaiah 19:19

I briefly skimmed elsewhere, and noticed he brought up some out-of-place-objects which have soundly been debunked. Search "Coso spark plug" or "London Hammer" for yourself, and see if you come to the same conclusions as he did.

"You underestimate the character of man." | "So be off now, and set about it." | Up for a game?

thanks for your insight

in this topic. I always find it useful to have input from people knowledgeable in the field.

I suppose, that even with some minor miscalculations, or even theories which may not be factual, his over message is sound.

It doesn't come off as malicious misrepresentation to me. Perhaps just his interpretation.

Very interesting Jon!

Love won! Deliverance from Tyranny is on the way! Col. 2:13-15

...and this video says the same thing....

...except it makes the point from a Biblical point of view...ya know, where sin and the love of money is a PROBLEM - and has been the CHIEF cause of every FAILED EMPIRE in human history...but all the secular Libertarians don't want to hear this perspective, do they?...Campaign for Liberty thinks Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin were deist, agnostics, and atheists...

This perspective below put this guy under the Federal IRS microscope; and they TOOK everything they could from him, and now this guy is in Federal Prison serving a 10-year term because he is a Bible literalist...and the Alex Jones crowd could care less because we DON'T talk about right & wrong, eternal morals, consequences and the Creator they come from(the One we HAVE TO secure the blessings of LIBERTY from) - further than lip-service!!!

Where's the COMMON GROUND in this movement? - it should be primary sources of American History - but everyone still want to run our Christian Heritage through a SHREDDER...

UNITED STATES is a corporation

The UNITED STATES of AMERICA is a corporation. Go to the UNITED STATES CODE (note the capitalization, indicating the corporation, not the Republic) USC Title 28 3002 (15) (A) (B) (C). It is stated unequivocally that the UNITED STATES is a corporation.

wolfe's picture

This is NOT a general definition.

Those definitions are legislative definitions, to assist in reading the rest of that particular documentation (in this case, Debt Collection on the Federal/National level). It does not define the word in the sense you suggest. It is stating that when a word is used, it is meant to represent "these things, as defined" within the context of the following document.

This means, that in the subsequent documentation, anytime the "United States" is used, it applies to:

(A) a Federal corporation;
(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.

Not that it defines the word, or phrase. They could have just as easily said "SillyName" means, and then used SillyName anywhere in the document where they meant to represent the above entities. However, that would make the document difficult to read.

Try again (After learning to read legal documents).

The Philosophy Of Liberty -

Sigh! It means what is says!

Sigh! It means what is says! The United states is a Federal Municipal Corporation! USC is a legal document and it is defining its terms for the specific reason of removing doubt as to thier meaning. Your assertion that it can mean anything other then what it is specifically defined as is absurd and shows you ignorance on law and legal terms. When it says the US is a corporation it is defining a term.

Also It was originally incorporated in 1871 with the organic act, it now has several trade names the main one of which is The United States, it is listed on Dunn and Bradstreet as a "Private" corporation etc etc etc.

And perhaps most telling is it functions as a corporation with all power being vested in the executive which is why most are here complaining about how the federal government has gone rogue. Do some research instead of seeking to stroke your emotional attachments to false beliefs.

But my statements on legal documents are accurate and my assessment on that particular document is also correct (and supported by anyone who knows how to read a legal document).

It is funny, when someone tries to put together pieces when they have limited knowledge or understanding of the things around them, history, and the system.

I will say that I find people engaging in these activities, even when completely off base and wrong to be superior to the 95% of the US population that would rather watch Britney Spears shave her head. However, they need to do a great deal more research to actually understand what they are talking about before trying to share with others.

The incorrect information, misunderstandings, etc are rampant in this video.

So kudos for an attempt to gain knowledge and learn to the creators, but shame on them for trying to share before they fully understood. And shame on anyone here who accepts the many absurd statements without doing their own fact checking and research. And, for the record, finding another half baked site or source that agrees is not proof, evidence, or research.
