The Paul campaign just enlisted another 10,000 volenters after the recent debate, and we've had the Iowa straw pole since then as well. There's lots more people out their then their were when this pledge was 1st created.

It's really important that the official campain raise money as well as grass roots groups. The Mainstream media relaly uses this as a benchmark of ellectability.

If Paul does raise $10,000,000, the Republican Primery will be between just him and Gulliani largely, which means he'll have an excellent shot at winning the nomination -- which makes him a shoe-in for the Presidency.

And when he wins, you'll get all your money back in the form of the IRS being abolished, and every other year thereafater. Post this on your forums, groups, myspace bullitans, etc. Let's really push this pledge. Also don't be afraid to tell people about it offline also.

I like R P, he has integrity written all over him but before we start celabrating lets realize we need to make the public aware of a very pertinent issue of which no-one I have asked no's about including elected politicians, 12 USC 95-B This is called the emergency war powers act it tranferred dictatorial powers over to the president and indefinetely suspended the constitution illegally which within itself is not allowed to do. But low and behold if you look at all the run away trigger happy nonsense going on in washington it all revolves around the point I am making here. Since 1933 suspended constitution, maybe I can get someones attention in here about this 75 year old act still in place which explains all the run-away big government which Ron wants to take on and get rid of,,, well he had better start here. I this issue is not addressed by him in this post and on tv or in his campaigning I will know what he is all about. may of 06 google search results 12 USC 95-B 1.7 mill, aug of 07 5 just 5 who do you think is behind that and it must be a threat or they wouldnt be doing away with the ability to acsess imfo about this topic, but just 5 is scary, I couldnt believe it when I looked at the rate. Mind you in 1973 40 years later there was senate hearing on why 12 USC 95-B was still in place and there was no resolution to remove it whatso-ever what does that tell you. Like I said it's not time to celabrate it's time to go to work and educate the american people about the fact that they almost dont even have a nation any more let alone soveriegnty within it and are a inkling away from being one with Canada and Mexico, so is it time to celebrate? I also have an August birthday. My mother and my father-in-law are in the habit of including cash in my birthday cards, and over the weekend while I was lamenting the fact that I was not in Iowa celebrating with Ron Paul & Co., I decided that I didn't need my birthday cash, and I donated it ($60) to the campaign. It sure feels good to give to a cause such as his, where I know the money will be spent wisely.

Sending the campaign money is just as important, if not more important than local activism. With a heap o' cash, Ron can bypass the MSM for getting the freedom message out, and he can do it on HIS terms. If you think it would be nice for Ron's message to be delivered without the usual mention of his national poll numbers, or that he's a long-shot, you must donate money to his campaign.

At this stage in the game, raising lots of money is absolutely essential. This website should really be pushing it with a mention every few days.
