Ron Paul's Private Option Health Care Act

This bill is brilliant (no surprise coming from the good doctor.) Main points:
A. Provides all Americans with a tax credit for 100% of health care expenses. The tax credit is fully refundable against both income and payroll taxes;
B. Allows individuals to roll over unused amounts in cafeteria plans and Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA);
C. Provides a tax credit for premiums for high-deductible insurance policies connected with a Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and allows seniors to use funds in HSAs to pay for medigap policies;
D. Repeals the 7.5% threshold for the deduction of medical expenses, thus making all medical expenses tax deductible.

Anyone find a video of his speech introducing this?

Ron has the answers...

...but the corporatists are doing everything in their power to silence him. This act of legislation needs to become law right now.

re: Ron Paul's Private Option Health Care Act

The cost of health care is only going up. A better price on just about anything can be found. All it takes is the time required for a little research. With companies shifting a greater portion of medical care costs to workers in this economy, it really pays off to look around for savings when it comes to choosing a doctor or hospital.

Big bump.

Go Ron, GO!

holy hell

this could really help offset the huge mountain of shit we're all going to be forced to swallow come 2014. Im not really hopeful of it flying but who knows it just may catch on in popularity. it just needs some good exposure, yeah?

Right, this isn't receiving nearly enough

exposure in the liberty community or in the larger community.

Great bill

will probably die due to it being to sensible.
