Damn he is trying to smooth over his attacks on Ron Paul.

Hope everyone is aware about the wolfs in sheep's clothing.

I´m not fooled.

Come a Ron Paul run in 2012, it might sound differently.

How weird to hear Hannity talk about of the constitution, now he sounds like he supported it all along, I guess he supports it when it suits him.

I don´t think anyone should throw snowballs at him though, that is a bit rude.

Ron is always kind.

there's still absolutely nothing good to say about Hannity.

Rand is doing a bit of a dance right now. Some people don't like it. It's understandable.

I think if Rand gets elected, he'll be doing good things like his father. May take a while for him to reach where his father is at.

Ron Paul is principled, and Ron has shown zero problems with the way Rand is doing his thing.

People can't see it right now, but they _are_ a team.

How soon people forget what this mans talking points have done to dumb down and subvert a free American society. Let us not forget his hawkish appeals to wars and his unashamed appeal to U.S. torture. Fox News is still mainstream propaganda, an arm for status quo government policies that perpetuate a two party paradigm stranglehold on the citizens psyche. I applaud Rand for his ability to articulate the message of liberty to one of its more notorious enemies.

MAYBE the people who threw those snowballs should just apologize, but give reasons on their frustrations. I think an olive branch of peace to Hannity would go a long way.

Im not a huge fan of Hannity myself, but with his talk with Rand I learned a little more. About both of them really. From that I learned that they are both humans and we all have our opinions. I can understand Rand's positions and that they differ from his dad. Who here thinks exactly like their dad? But I see hope that this interview was needed to reach a Hannity audience that may have had a distorted view about the Pauls.

We already have Beck reading Hayek and out right promoting AUSTRIAN economics .Eventually, we could see him publically supporting Ron because you cannot decouple Ron from Austrians!! This interview is in fact a way for Rand to solidify to Sean that our movement is not kooky but traditionally conservative. We are crazy if we believe we can do this without widespread media coverage and support. Good for you Mr. Hannity!!!!

There were individuals in our movement that thought it best to physically attack Sean over his lack of support for Dr. Paul. Even though they threw harmless snowballs, this illustrates a touch of hypocrisy that lurks in all segments of campaigns. We want to spread an anti-war, anti-aggression message but yet we physically attack Sean because of his incompetence. I do believe that Fox News did Dr. Paul a disservice and painted a false picture of him, which led to his lack of systemic support at the polls, but we do not attack anyone because of their opinion in a loving, tolerant, competent society (which is the goal!!). The movement would do better if we do not attack individuals WITH THEIR OWN TV SHOW!!!!!!! And thus have the will to slander the credibility of our movement to millions of people!!! because of a few meat heads!

I think Hannity has a crush on him. Hit it out of the park. Didn't like the talk of preemptive strikes, but you gotta know your audience and Seans audience need to hear that crap. He had to distinguish himself from his dad who Hannity has been calling weak on defense and a kook since 07. We know its not true but say it enough times to enough people and t doesn't matter if its true after a while.(sad.) Otherwise he nailed it. He had to have gained major points with Hannity's audience, which for some reason is huge. (Terrible voice. Second only to Mark Levin in cringe factor)

His language is so not neoconnish its ridiculous. All the people calling him a warmonger are just looking for something to exaggerate. Especially knowing that the biggest issue is the bankruptcy of the federal government, i don't see how anyone could listen to him talk and come away with the conclusion that he would support wars. I suppose Iran will be his most important test.

I Think Ron and Rand are being very clever

They know how the electorate is conditioned and how he must play to that conditioning to get elected.

That is obvious but part two of this is the best part.

They also know that the economy is always a powerful issue and right now it is the MOST powerful issue.

Rand can safely say that theoretically he is willing to use force beyond our shores but once he is in office he can always vote against on purse string grounds.

This plan will disarm any attempt by neo-cons to paint him as "weak on defense", successfully, to any regular conservative voter that does not have a direct, unshakable interest in the Mil-Ind Complex.

Also, I expect him to strongly advocate for ending our current War and accompanying Police State insanity on grounds that the threats are far out of line w/ the costs. And regardless of whether the threat is justified, the first "Defense" priority is maintaining the economic viability of the country. What are you defending if the nation succumbs to total economic collapse?
