Please BEHAVE during Tea Parties
Submitted by Maestro on Sat, 12/15/2007 - 00:02This is my first post, but I feel it is necessary to mention that your behavior during the rallies and parties will reflect upon Ron Paul.
If you are going to be drinking during the tea-party outside in one of the rallies, do NOT overdo it. Drink responsibly and have a DD.
Do not trash the city!! The last thing we want is news coverage of bad Ron Paul supporters instead of how much we raised.
This is a pledge from a Ron Paul Supporter.

Yes, great ... this post is
Yes, great ... this post is spot on !!!!!!
One useful technique, which takes also care of "moles" or "rats" who just want to spoil the Revolution/Relovelution..., is to encircle and immobilize anybody who behaves badly with a couple of people, in this case Paulites.
It is simple, and it is one of the best ways, I believe, to keep nasty pictures from happening and from appearing on everybody's TV screen.

What should I do?
I was riding shotgun in my friends' van who has "Ron Paul for president" magnetic posters on the sides, and Ron Paul stickers on the back. We passed through town hall where there was a little group waving "Honk for Obama" signs. I did not mean to flip them off, it was a reflex impulse. Of course I have seen them around town as they have seen me, and since I've been going on about Ron Paul for months...when my Ron Paul rEVOLution banner was cut down from the corner of HWYs 1 and 20, where it had stood for FOUR months, and was replaced by a smaller Obama campaign sign. I have not made an issue about it. I have this, what is it 4'x6'?, campaign poster: "Ron Paul Hope for America". I tagged it in red: FOR PRESIDENT, I was planning on misbehaving for the tea party, by going out in the wee hours tonight, the night before the rea party, and replacing the cut down rEVOLution banner with it. It makes the Obama poster look like a joke. But you are telling me to not misbehave and making me have doubts. Should I misbehave or not?
WE ARE GOING TO WIN!
Totally agree. Of course I
Totally agree.
Of course I think we have the best supporters so not too much to worry about....
A little story
Please be aware also a year or two ago they filmed a guy who was a planted cop to start trouble to give the cops an excuse to move in so just be aware of it.

Paul supporters seem to always
be on their best behavior in public. (At least much more so than online.) For as much as we believe in people's own freedom to do as they choose, setting a good example and reminding people in a sincere and direct manner go a long way.
Too much brandy???
It is supposed to be real cold here in Ohio with snow. I think I will be hoping for the St Bernard dog with the brandy keg around its neck. Of course I will consume in moderation.

You are 110% right and so
You are 110% right and so far we have held to this. I would hope and expect it to continue.
Ron Paul supporters are clean...
Yeah some of them yelled at inappropriate times when another candidate was speaking but I have to tell you, at one of our straw polls here in NH, the Chair of the County GOP group said she could not believe how there was not one paper or piece of trash on the very expansive grounds after the event was over. RP supporters are very responsible and they pick up their trash and are very helpful.
very true
Thanks for pointing this out, let's try to keep the event as respectful and sane as we possibly can, no tinfoil hats, Rudy bashing and/or keg tossing, lol. Let's keep it civil, fun, and educational to those that might become interested in our efforts and the message.
