Will we ever see this kind of a report on CNN?

But the TV preachers said

we have to support Israel (His chosen people) else we will be condemned to Hell.

Just like in the US, Israel's government is out of control and the majority of people in Israel are against this tyranny.

Christians turn off your TV. God help us.

We've been living in hell already....

We have already been living through hell, after passing that infernal Federal Reserve act of 1913 and then the Patriot Act of 2001 to silence our freedoms.

All inspired and passed by the Globalists particularly Israel. That is an insane comment to make.

These preachers are foul, foul men who likely receive most of their tax-breaks & bars of gold from the same corporations like Raytheon Industries in the Occupied Territories and beyond.

I was being sarcastic.

Like I said, turn off the TV preachers.

This is what a buffer zone is

I've been on the other side of that zone. The reason there is a buffer zone is rocket fire from the other side into Israel.

It's easy to feel bad for the farmers on the Palestinian side. It's a shame what has happened to their land. And it's possible that they should be compensated for the loss of the land. However, if those shots were being fired AT them, they'd be dead. They were likely being warned away.

It's easy to say Israel is some great monolithic satan, especially on the Daily Paul. But unless you've been on the receiving end of rockets, you don't quite understand what's going on. No matter which side you are on, or maybe if you take no side, it's easy to see why Palestinians are upset and why Israelis react as they do.

And I know most people don't want to hear it, but if tomorrow Hamas and Fatah decide they want negotiated borders and free egress and ingress between Palestinians and Israelis, they'd have all of it. Israel has made peace with Jordan and Egypt, two countries that were its sworn enemies. There is zero reason that peace cannot be had between Israel and the Palestinians. The reason it has not happened is actually not the Israelis or Palestinians at all, it is the other Arab and Persian nations who would not tolerate a peace agreement between the parties.

That is a possible theory.

However my skepticism lies grandly in where Israel would ever negotiate in giving back any part of the land it has invaded for the last 50 years. Heck, they wouldn't even negotiate to stop continual expansion into their lands!
And you think they would negotiate a divided Jerusalem?

In that area of the land the oppressive state is Israel, not only unto its people but to other nation's people and rights.

As usual with governments, the hard-liners

on both sides dominate the political policies. They only approach the issue from a stance of force and violence since that is the primary business of government.

The people have been duped and most are complicit on each side, imagining their own the government is a benefactor; instead each government seeks to expand its power and uses the people as pawns.

Unless minds and hearts are changed, peace is impossible. Since Israel has the most power, it is the responsibility of the Israelis to make sure State power is not misused against its minority. It is appalling to most people that after their experience with the Nazis, Israelis are willing to inflict similar treatment on their own Ghetto population. And it is unacceptable to make excuses for such inhumane behavior on the part of the military.

A little bit of questioning might be useful...

The default position should be one of skepticism and questioning, always. Did the reporters even try to question the IDF directly? Was Israel even shooting at them? Hearing bullets near the border of the Israel-Gaza border will obviously happen; it doesn't necessitate the fact that those farmers were being shot at. One obvious question would be, if the Israelis were shooting AT the farmers, I think it might be a little more obvious, ie. there would be dead bodies next to you.

As far as reporting goes, I see no evidence that this was thoroughly researched or fair...

Here's how they questioned it:

They asked, "How did they put up with those dairy farmers and little heathens for so long, without slaying them all!?!??"

That's our media in a nutshell.

Israel want "peace", that is a total laughing joke. If Israel wanted peace why did they support expanding the green line far past the 1967 borders 26 times?

Palestinians are coddled into becoming vigilantes, much how teens are coddled by the police in America.

They are certainly not going to stay non-violent resistors. Here's a good litmus test: Have the Globalists ended the illegal occupation of the Palestinian territories & south of the litani river?

If not, then there can be "NO" talks about peace. All that land is occupied by Raytheon Industries and the rest of the MIC.

How can peace talks be anything other than a fraud?

that is your opinion

I don't think you did research on the numbers of dead Palestinian farmers their olive trees uprooted crops burned by tank fire...

i'm not sure what that has to

i'm not sure what that has to do with my post... if indeed research was needed concerning that particular question where was that aspect in the reporting? I am looking for scientific journalism (the only good example of which I can reference to is wikileaks), and people who are willing to take the position of liberty seriously, not as a means to be constantly anti-establishment, but as a means in and of itself, ie. to further liberty.

and no, that is not my opinion. my post was simply asking questions, precisely the thing we need more of.

agreed

we need to ask questions...
at the same time what can you expect from a short report?

People who watch this short video hopefully will investigate in depth those issues I just brought to the table with this post.

Bump

for the raw reality

This vedio would break Albert Einstein's heart.

War is severely detached from nature.

00:38 “ This land was full of oranges, orange trees and green houses; my house was here.”

Out here in California, we once had numerous small family farms and orchards. Then the corporate shenanigans took hold, and incremental propaganda, banksters, unions and the war on drugs and raw milk plague us.

We have paved paradise, but the parking lot is full.

than a frontal assault on me!”

This is the truth that Hillary does not want you to see.

The picture of farmers and human shields
is simple looking, yet epic in meaning.
It is the basic tenant to take our heritage back and find the basis of "real" value which is not paper, gold or even a gun, but the persistance and courage of the small family farmers around the world.
They are being fed a stream of lies and rolled into the war on drugs as road kill.
This picture should not only be on the front page on the DP, but an international photo sent out to all newspapers around the world.
It should be canvass painting. The video reminds me of the epic photo of a naked vietnamese young girl running down the street with smoke blumes and explosions behind her.

A farmer, driving his tractor with family in tow and human body shields is respect for all living things and creatures and is universal in it's meaning.

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”

Thank you my friend

people like you RawfoodLiberty restore my faith in humanity.

No Justice, No Peace

This illustrates one of the biggest man-made obstacles to a reduction of tensions in the Middle East: Individual private property rights are being subordinated to a collectivist claim of ownership and control that is based on pronouncements set out in a religious text.

I wonder if the Power of Eminent Domain was invoked to take this family's land and livelihood.

And I thought it was hard

And I thought it was hard farming my little 10 acres.
I admire these people.

“It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds”
-Sam Adams

Thanks for a bump

it is amazing the human will to survive...
also the courage of those that came from wealthy foreign countries to provide a degree of safety for these poor enslaved beings.
