The Perfect Campaign

0 votes

Someone's comment just gave me an idea and I believe could be the perfect strategy. Goes along the lines of the Iowa news ad and online poll, and how the media for years has talked millions into not voting for a person because it is "a wasted vote." Millions of foolish, brain-washed Americans have fallen for this. I have heard many people say it over the years and have already heard it from many on this election. And some of those people are well educated and what I would consider smart. Sadly, they don't even known they're getting brainwashed by tv.

What to do: Since people are "sheeple" in many cases and are followers of others (but don't admit it), why not promote the campaign from the standpoint of "everybody's doing it." we need many more ads like the one in Iowa....and many more faces! If people see that all those people want Ron Paul, they will feel comfortable about voting for him. I believe that is why the Iowa ad was so successful....it had a lot of Americans in it. Remember the old Coke ad and many others since: they kept panning further and further to show more and more people supporting that product. Yep, I am convinced that is the ticket.

How about we fill a football stadium with RP supporters with them cheering and place tv ads with it. Think that might turn a few heads?

Comments welcome.

(In my opinion, the only wasted vote is a vote counted by a Diebold machine!)

NON-Candidate Fred Thompson has the perfect campaign

Main Stream Media has mentioned NON-candidate Fred Thompson in every poll, commentary, ediatorial, and GOP article as "THE MAN REPUBLICANS ARE WAITING FOR". They repeatedly neglect to mention Ron Paul and place the NON-candidate Fred Thompson in the heart of the articles as THE PERFECT CANDIDATE. Am I the only person who sees this? Am I the only RP supporter writing to AP, Reuters and UPI expressing OUTRAGE at them for campaigning FOR NON-Candidate FRED THOMPSON??? I sure hope not. I am OUTRAGED by this and perhaps it's because NoCAL is REFUSING to publish any letters, comments or articles on Ron Paul. Ron Paul has been mentioned ONCE in the Press Democrat, serving Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino Counties as the MAJOR paper, after the FIRST GOP debate as a candidate in a list with the others. PERIOD. San Francison Chronical and Gate refuse to publish letters about Ron Paul, Eureka paper wpon't even let the Meetup there buy an ad for Ron Paul. But NON-Candidate Fred Thompson is in every article about the presidential race. WAKE UP folks...MSM has a candidate and it's NON-candidate FRED THOMPSON and I hope you join me in calling them on it.

We all notice it, my friend

The media and the GOP are doing everything they can to keep his name from being mentioned. This is why all attention is good, except that in extreme bad taste. We need to let the country know that the masses believe in Ron Paul so they feel comfortable with him in promotion and vote. You see the media bashing all of these candidates everyday to an extent, but they are keeping their name out in front of the public. It is obvious to anyone with larger than a peanut brain that "they" definitely have an agenda....and it's called, not mentioning RP's name. They know they can't find dirt, so they just ignore intentionally. It is disgusting!

When you have a candidate that the establishment so wants not to get recognized, you know that person will be the best President this country has ever seen.....for everyone but the super-elite. Maybe we should ask Rockefeller if he knows who Ron Paul is? I bet he's losing sleep about him as we speek!

Have at it

I wanted to do something like this, and others wanted to as well. I just haven't gotten the time. The following website will give you the ability to contact any celebrity that you can think of. We already have several on board without even trying (Kane).

True...

Good point.

Use their brainwashing against them. If they thought they were missing out on something cool or hip, people would be all over it.

I think some celebrity endorsements would help and I don't mean Wilford Brimley! Can anybody think of how to tap into that?

I 'M THERE!

I love this idea and just say when and where and my group WILL BE THERE!

Hmmmm

Lets see three regions of the US. west - heartland - east Find the most central location in each region. Bus people to stadiums. make Ron Paul signs out of people. That would be soooo cool. We could set Guiness World Record for largest meetup. have the three stadiums hooked together by satillite. slogin WE'RE DOING IT! SO SHOULD YOU! FIND YOUR FREEDOM! That would be amazing.

Sounds good but

All sounds good, but should stay on theme of "everyone's doing it."

People don't want to be told what to do, but like to be part of something big. Who thought tatoos would catch on like they have? I'm not crazy about them, but everyone seems to want one because "everyone's doing it."

Been in sales for 27 years. The Island that I sell was created by some very successful people in Florida. Although all the homes were yet to be built, they put the first homes just over the bridge because they knew people would attract more people.

Was thinking of one stadium, centralized is good, where Ron Paul would be there with his crowd cheering him on. A very nice video indeed! Think any other candidates could get that? NOT!

Everyone's Doing It! - Voting for Dr. Paul

How 'bout someone make a bumper sticker, t-shirts with that on it for now. Anyone out there capable?

Let's work on the football stadium thing. Anyone have connections to big outdoor arena? The New Orleans Superdome could be the ticket as it will help with the hurricane victims too. Don't know that the owner wants RP though since is big biz. Other ideas?

I think you're on to something...

Maybe some of the large meetup groups can do some youtubes with your concept. A lot of the youtubes beat the heck out of professionally done commercials.

Perception is Everything

We must always look (and sound) like winners. There is no question that if the press in Iowa had left their air-conditioned laptops and looked around, they would be reporting differently. (Although the hat-cam provided a good facsimile if they had been paying attention to it.)

We've done a great job at two high-profile events so far, and those in attendance know what the press has yet to report. It's just a matter of time.

Exactly Right!

Yes, we must say that we are winning -- and we ARE!
