On Thursday, Dr. Paul questioned Dr. Allan Meltzer about the financial crisis and what would happen if the Fed pursues more "quantitative easing."

Maybe

We should focus all of the Ron Paul power towards ending the wars. Maybe if we put all the focus on that issue..Became the tip of the spear, Then maybe then the majority of the anti war left would join in if anything because they would not want to be showed by the party they seem to think is a bunch of war mongers. I have noticed a lot of the left blogs that are going around pushing Kucinich's new bill are leaving out the fact that it is co-sponsored by Ron Paul as well..Whatcha think?

"I have found that being rich is not about having the most but about needing the least"

Meltzer is describing a

Meltzer is describing a complete quagmire created by political manipulation and as you listen to him you quickly learn that he has no answers to the problems, but listen carefully and he is placing blame, both on the FED and this current Administration for the uncertainty it has created.

The have no way out!

that allan meltzer guy

isn't saying nice things about the fed.

he might be a keynesian, but on some of the fine details, he sounds correct.

i just don't know enough about him to know what his "big picture" view is.

it sounds like he was agreeing with RP.

Oh they are working

Just not in our best interest..They must be working great for those that are still pushing for more..

"I have found that being rich is not about having the most but about needing the least"

Mumbo jumbo

When RP speaks, it's clear and easily comprehended by the listener. Just the opposite with ideological opposites.

When Ron runs in 2012, I hope he runs with this key message, which tens of millions desperately want to hear and hope is true:

"With me as president I will do X, Y, and Z and lead America into the greatest era of economic prosperity we have ever known. If you, the voter, want to keep the fruits of your labor and experience the American dream of old, vote for me."

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning." - Henry Ford

If Dr Paul decides to run in 2012

I'll volunteer to take a permanent shift as a full time bodyguard. I'd suggest LOTS of people volunteer.
We're also going to need food tasters. I'm not trying to throw cold water on his running by any means, it is necessary. I would just prefer that his blood not be shed literally in the pursuit of liberty and watering the tree so to speak.

Just one last kick in the nuts, then a final deathblow

Second that

And Salute you..

"I have found that being rich is not about having the most but about needing the least"

Nice.

Nice.

The first 5 million supporters of Dr. Paul are 'early adopters.' The next 10 million will require a modified approach.

I wish Dr. Paul had more time to question this man.

We always learn when Dr. Paul speaks. Hopefully, this exchange will further enlighten others about this financial crisis that the FED created over the last 100 years.

bump for peace and liberty

Thanks for posting Michael.
