Just watched this a few minutes ago. When I heard who was playing Galt and who was directing, I really didn't have too high of hopes for this movie. But this video sort of gives me a more positive view of it, especially finding out that this movie is only going to be on Part 1 of the book. Big shoes to fill for sure, but it seems like it might end up being decent in the end.

WTH happened to Angelina

WTH happened to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's involvement in this movie? With the cast listed on IMDB, it sounds like a very low budget affair. Disappointing.

Support freedom and liberty candidates in 2012... Ron Paul... Gary Johnson...

I have this suspicion Ayn Rand

may turn over in her grave after they do a number on her book.
Will Sean Penn be John Galt?

This book by Ayn Rand will never be depicted

as she would have depicted it because the bankers control Hollywood propaganda that will always serve their interests. This movie will be the twisted version of Atlas Shrugged.

Let's hope it flies this time.

I would love to be involved in this movie somehow - even though I have never acted in my life.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

Why do I get the feeling

this movie will be a propaganda tool not in our favor?

It is definitely possible,

It is definitely possible, especially coming out of Hollywood. It was good to hear the director talking about personal responsibility and individuality though.

Cool

Here is a link to the cast.
