Democracy Now Interviews Julian Assange

This is a must see interview. I only agree with Democracy Now about half (maybe 2/3rds) the time, but this is well worth listening to.

This was one of the best

This was one of the best interviews I've heard of Julian Assange. It was longer than most and he got to answer some great questions from Amy Goodman, who is one of the most professional interviewers around.

Debbie

Amy Goodman

makes my skin crawl.

I would NOT listen to her broadcast if it was the only one to listen to.

She is NO friend of liberty.

Ron Paul is My President

Assange = strange

Good article from the Daily Bell

I'm sorry but I take strong exception to your

characterization of this article as even remotely "good."

It may be moderately skillful in the popular mode of snarky sharp-knived assassination of character by innuendo. That is all it is.

I find it shameful and tragic that individuals who take great personal risk by standing up to tyranny to publicly speak truth are immediately set upon by the jackals of popular culture that must demean and reduce the reputations of real heroes to match their own shrunken moral statures.

Ok..

But what is normal in todays society? If normal is bombing and killing people then I would rather be strange (just sayin).

Julian is constantly traveling and he ain´t no polished politician or top model. If a person get calls all day and threats and traveling then my guess is you do get tired.

Confirms the CIA connecton

I'm starting to think mass "awakening" is part of the NWO plan.

ive been saying this forever.

ive been saying this forever. So far we have not done anything that they havent planned for. All is going according to plan for the NWO still. And it will continue to go as planned.

Mike, you seem to think everything

Is part of the NWO plan.

-I'm not sure where you see the CIA connection - could you be more specific ?

Don't put me in that "everything's a conspiracy" group please

I have about 5 minutes before I need to scoot, but here's some quick stuff if you feel like digging a little bit.

I'm not placing these links because I think they are the best sources, I post them because I'm running low on time and they both give enough info to start real research.

Had no idea either

I have always believed she was too far to the left for me but thought she sincerely there. Now I know.

hmmm . . .

I hadn't paid enough attenton to Goodman to find out who funded her, but YIKES!

The Ford/CIA connection was either some information that I had once had and lost or didn't surprise me at all.

Thanks for these links--

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

on the other hand

Linking wikileaks to the CIA is a wonderful way of discrediting them.

How do you know that the campaign to link the two is not part of the US governments campaign to discredit Assange ? ?

There are millions of people that are associated with the Ford foundation, they are not all CIA.

touche?

It's not easy picking up the rug and finding what is beneath it, but the attempt has to be made.

suspicion of collusion leads to suspicion of the anti-collusion, leads to the suspicion of the anti-anti-collusion and leads to . . .

dismay?

I can't remember where I read it, so I am almost ashamed of throwing this out here, but apparently, at one point, the John Birch society was . . . approached by Rockefeller as well.

So, did they or did they not?

While asking what the intent of Assange (sp?) is--

or what his connections might be . . .

*we* need to ask ourselves what the benefit to US (as individuals) is to seeing these 'leaked' documents--

if we decide, one by one, that it is a benefit, then perhaps the source doesn't matter.

I don't know.

I can see how it can be both good and bad. I can see how people who get into such positions may play for both 'sides'--

(or multiple sides)

And I am not a member of the JBS at all--

I have seen both good and bad come from them--

it gets very complicated.

Sometimes *we* (each) see what we are conditioned and suited and able to "see"--

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

whatever

with activists like these, who need allies. or even enemies in this case.

bump

Thanks for posting.
