Nullification….. Gaining Popularity in Arizona!

Arizonians have become angry with the federal governments unwillingness to secure our border. The recent death of Robert Krentz, a respected rancher on the Arizona border, was the last straw and Arizonans are outraged. I want to join many state legislators to push back against the federal government and nullify any unconstitutional legislation that comes out of the Federal government. The time is right in AZ for States rights to come to the forefront of American Politics.

Because of these important issues and what Ron Paul said “It does not matter if I become President, if I am the only one; we need everyone to run for office.” I am running for Arizona State House. Currently I am leading in the polls, along with my team; Lori Klein for State Senate, Carl Seel and me, David Fitzgerald for State House. Please visit me at www.DavidFitzgerald2010.com . We are pulling resources together to increase our chances of winning. We still have 7 mailings to 12,000 voters to be paid for at a cost of $6,850 each, totaling $47,900, phone banking and robo calls will cost $4,000-$6,000 to reach 24,000 voters multiple times among other things. The good news is the cost is shared by all three campaigns. I need you help in raising an additional$15,000. With John Shadegg retiring, two state legislature seats opened and the people whom they appointed to those positions only served the last 10 weeks or so and have been labeled as “Friend of Big Government” and “good” by Americans for Prosperity. Anything less than “Friend of the Taxpayer” is unacceptable. Although I currently lead in the polls, this cannot last without a major last minute push. The big union money is starting to flow in and I want to do what is necessary to stay in front. Lacking the resources that they have, things can change quickly without an aggressive campaign to stay ahead.
I am the only state candidate who has ever been endorsed by Ron Paul. And if you call me, I can share my story with you of how I earned Ron Paul’s endorsement. I am pleading with everyone to chip in $10 or $20 to help me raise my share of the funds needed to win. I hope this is not asking a lot but $10 to $20 can really make a difference, if more people chip in. My total budget will be $27,000 if I raise another $15,000. Because I am running as a team, my $27,000 turns into $67,000. In the state race a $67,000 budget would be like a $5mil-$6mil budget in a congressional race.
State’s Rights issues are important to everyone in America and you can bet with what is going on in Arizona right now, we will be the leaders in State’s rights issues. Tom Wood’s book says it all “How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century.” Because of this I believe when you donate to my campaign with $10 or $20; this will help everyone in America who supports State’s Rights issues.
