Primaries Today!: Arizona, Florida, Alaska, Vermont. *Liberty candidate list*

Results update:

These Lists compiled from www.liberty-candidates.org, www.Retakecongress.com, and Malkusm's primary candidates list @

These names are not necessarily endorsed by me, Ron Paul or the Daily Paul, though some of the are. I tried my best to weed out the defunct links and those who have withdrawn. This is posted only as a heads up of who's running and a quick reference. Do your research and vote for who you think is best. Please let me know if someone shouldn't be on the list or if there's anyone I forgot, especially for Alaska and Vermont, I couldn't find much. Thanks and good luck!

In case you didn't know... Deakin in AZ is a McCain ringer...

Some seem to think Deakin is a Tea Party patriot... really!?

From: http://www.jonchristianryter.com/Two_Cents/2cworth.100814.html

We read:

"...several misguided bloggers who are supporting McCain's third party spoiler, Jim Deakin, since a vote for Deakin is actually a vote for McCain. And, yes, both McCain and Deakin understand that. That is, after all, why Deakin is in the race."

"Let's look at what we know about Deakin. Let's skip to the chase and forget the reams of words about the improper use of lobbyists like Jack Abramoff by Tyco International to gain the assistance of Congressman and Senators by greasing the sweaty palms of politicians with campaign contributions to kill legislation that would add a tax surcharge to US manufacturers who send their jobs overseas and go right to a Tyco employee named Jim Deakin, now a political newcomer in Arizona politics. In 2008 when McCain was the designated loser in the Presidential election, a Tyco lawyer named Gardner Courson who, like Deakin, worked in the Tyco Fire Security Division. Courson was McCain's legal adviser. As JD Hayworth began closing the gap between himself and McCain, Deakin—with no political experience or reason to run—popped into the race and began describing this as a race between him and McCain, discounting Hayworth like he was not even in the campaign. Deakin, who talks like a smoothly brewed cup of tea with a Tea Party tag-on-a-string hanging out of the cup, gained the support of anti-incumbent Tea Party advocates even though he's not the real thing.

William Gheen, Hayworth's campaign manager, asked Deakin to drop out of the race in order to give Hayworth a chance to beat McCain. Deakin is polling 5% in the latest polls after McCain's spending $3.5 million on negative Hayworth campaign ads in July. A Deakin spokesman suggested that Hayworth drop out, claiming Deakin was the best candidate to beat McCain. Gheen issued a statement saying that "...Deakin claims he is the best candidate to defeat McCain, but nobody can find any example in the history of the United States when a candidate polling as low as Deakin five weeks before the election has ever won a race in America. Deakin's statement," Gheen concluded, "is either delusional or he is [wittingly or unwittingly] a spoiler for John McCain."

Blogger Susan Bradford wrote in Sonoran Alliance that "...the Senator and Deakin talk out of both sides of their mouths and are waging a faux battle against each other in order to nix the chances of JD Hayworth...who has the resounding support of the Tea Party Movement. As the New Yorker Magazine has already revealed, McCain anticipated Hayworth's candidacy [in] late 2009 and was afraid the former Congressman might beat him...Then along came Deakin."

Deakin, by the way, is a shareholder in Detek, Inc. and Liberty Fire Protection Company. Liberty is a contractor for Simplex Grinnell, LLP, a subsidiary of Tyco Fire & Security, LLP which, in turn, is a division of Tyco International. Tyco owes McCain for his support on two measures. One that exempted Tyco from a tax surcharge levied against companies that took their manufacturing overseas and, second, legislation that limits the liability of oil companies. McCain voted to include Tyco. Oh, by the way, Deakin has also benefited from McCain legislative largess. Liberty Fire Protection was the beneficiary of $28,856.00 in government contracts from the Navy and from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Detek fared even better. They received contracts totaling $637,241.00 from the Department of the Army, Navy, State, the Secret Service and the Defense Logistic Agency. It's sad that the voters don't take the time to check out the candidates they take at face value. If they did, they would not vote for either McCain or Deakin. Both of them appear to be campaigning as reformers who are determined to end "business as usual" in the nation's capital when both of them are "gimme" candidates who are solidly in bed with the princes of industry and the barons of banking and business. You can bet if and when McCain is reelected, www.FedSpending.org will show that Deakin is the recipient of new McCain largess for his role in helping the Senator save his job."

Yeah, except that story was retracted....

....it's BS. The blog you cited just didn't print the restraction of the story.

Typical McCain... hit and run, apologize later.

The story about Deakin himself was planted by McCain staff in order to confuse and divide the teaparty movement in AZ against itself.

Classic. You fell for it too.

Where are the "retraction" details?

To give the benefit of the doubt, since you did not post it, do you have the retraction? ... if so, please post.

It is assumed that the retraction is detailed in it's explanation, since there is significant detail concerning Deakin's involvement.

Thanks ahead of time.

Great news for Liberty candidate David Fitzgerald

Republican Carl Seel lost his House seat in the Legislative District 6 primary.

With all precincts reporting and early ballots counted, Seel is down by 63 votes to David E. Fitzgerald III.

Amanda Reeve won with 6,068 votes.

There are still late returned early ballots to be counted, but so far the margin between Seel and Fitzgerald does not call for a recount.

Great IF his objective was only to oust Seel.

SEEL, CARL 20.57%

OOPS! I see I was wrong! It's a multi-seat district apparently (two seats anyway) Fitzgerald came in second but he's a winner nonetheless. Congrats!!

New Hampshire and Ecuador.

it was so close

Happy to see David win.
Good thing Ron Paul endorsed him this for sure gave him soime much needed votes.

Wow! Big win for Palin in Alaska Senate race.

She aggressively backed Joe Miller, a long-shot candidate, and he took out a sitting senator. A month ago a voter survey showed Murkowski at 62%, Miller at 30%. Yesterday's results: Miller 51.1%, Murkowski 48.9%. So much for Palin's diminished clout in Alaska.

New Hampshire and Ecuador.

Alaska= An ES&S voting machine mess of a state....

Alaska is an ES&S and Hart Intervic nightmare of a state. Given that it has more ES&S/Hart voting machines, I find it most surprising that Joe Miller squeaked out such a close win.

Alaska is the state where Senator Ted Stevens appears to have been murdered (killed by the Elite?) in a bid to give the whole state a fresh new "Sarah Pailin" style face. Pailin never leaves her Star of David far from her office chair either.

Could Joe Miller's miraculous "overcoming" the odds be a pre-planned attack by the globalists?

Starting out over 30% behind, he magically pulled off a stunning 51% to 49% win - which looks like that familiar SC Lindsay Graham 51 - 49 win from two years ago!

The voters just were not that fired up to vote anyone in Alaska, therefore it's an ideal place for THEFT. I'd chalk this up to Sarah Pailin's magic hand cheating Joe Miller into office using ES&S to throw out the old neocon Murkowski, and try to fool voters with the new Globalist hack Miller.

We'll see if this prediction comes true when we find out what kind of "laws" Joe Miller supports and whether he's an actual conservative or just another socialist MIC hack.

PS: In Pennsylvania, I suggest watching the voting machines like a hawk.....Jake Towne is in a tough 3 way race and he'll need all voters out to the polls to overcome dirty tricks!

Those from the list that have have passed their primaries so far

Read people Read.

poq you missed that the TOP TWO win. Please stop reporting information inaccurately.

IT was a huge win for us.

Don't be an a hole

I made a mistake, sorry. Listen,
I stayed up all night researching, compiling, formatting and adding links to that list to have it ready in time for the primary. Is it perfect no, but i didnt see anyone else doing it. I didn't do it for any thanks but to say thanks. I see and appreciate the great sacrifices, activism and wisdom many of you share here on a daily basis. I wanted to do my part in some small way. Make it easier for people to find their liberty candidates. Im sorry if i reported inaccurately, no need to treat me like the msm. I never said any of this was accurate, just what I could find at the time, and I encouraged people to do their own research . I asked for help to verify facts and help contribute if there were innaccuracies and I tried my best to make corrections. I wasnt trying to mislead anyone about David Fitzgerald. The results appeared as if he came in second and I didn't want to presume anything while they may be still counting votes. I guess I missed the part about the top 2 win. Sorry. Thanks for pointing that out. I know we're all a little on edge and distrustful of just about everyone, but we are on the same side, try not to be so abrasive. I'll keep my "innacurate reporting" to myself next time, you can make the next list. For now like you said, onward, David Fitzgerald victory money bomb!

good day for Liberty

Florida Results

Rick Scott won for Governor primary beating long time political relic Bill McCollum. Rick goes up against Alex Sink another long term political relic.

Marco Rubio (R), Charlie Crist (I) buttering up to Dems now, and Kedrick Meek (D) are in the general election for US Senate replacing Mel Martinez seat.

And Dan Webster (R) and really great guy will challenge Alan Grayson (D) who wants to give all our money away and redistribute our wealth.

Detective Krum Investigates:

How is Alex Snitker doing there?

What are Snitker's latest polling numbers?

Got those?

Debbie's picture

I think he can't be on the Primary ballot as he is running

independent. Florida has closed primaries, but we will be able to vote for him in the general election in November and he is going to be campaigning full-time until then!!

Debbie's picture

Unfortunately, McCain won again in Arizona. What is

wrong with the sheeple of that state?? Don't they know he is Mr. Anti-Constitution?

in Florida too. I am feeling down tonight. Have to shake it off again for the thousandth time.

Makes me SICK

I am in Arizona and have been trying to get people to see him for what he is but, oh well. Everyone cries
"Out with the incumbent" but when it comes down to it; they vote for the clown every time.
