Constitution “Silly Stuff,” Says Illinois Congressman

Democrat Phil Hare confronted by constituents on Obamacare, membership of Socialist Party.

Congressman Phil Hare, who caused outrage earlier this year when he told constituents who asked him about the legality of the health care bill, “I don’t worry about the constitution,” has sparked fresh consternation after he was caught on camera in an Illinois hotel labeling the founding document of America “silly stuff”.

Video confrontations with arrogant and dismissive Congress members uploaded to You Tube have come to represent the angst of the Tea Party movement, as elected representatives betray disdain and sometimes even open hostility to the rule of law that they are supposed to uphold on behalf of their constituents.

The latest example was provided by Illinois Congressman Phil Hare, who was asked on camera about his previous response to a question about Obamacare during a meeting with constituents, in which he told the audience “I don’t worry about the Constitution on this to be honest.”

The new clip shows a citizen asking Hare, “Where in the constitution does it say that you can force people to buy health care?” to which Hare responds, “Oh boy, we’re not going there again are we?”

He is probably expressing

He is probably expressing that same sentiments as most of his constituents.

It would not matter if every last person within his district held this document in contempt, this is the rule of law. Every action our masters force upon us as a nation outside this rule of law is simply illegal period.

I have always thought the actions of men the best interpreters of their thoughts.

The constitution is not in

The constitution is not in the hearts and minds of the people when they elect someone to congress. It has been taken for granted and most think their representative is honoring that oath,or doing the majorities will.
of course when your raised, and inundated with the phrase "...democracy",you begin to see why such people(pelosi,bush,obama..etc),can get elected.

I do agree though.

Being forced to buy health insurance is just silly stuff.

Which is why I will not be buying it. I will not pay a fine, and I will not go to court. I will resist with lethal force if need be.

I will not take part in this Unconstitutional piece of garbage. So Mr. Hare can kindly go piss off.

Maybe he should be retired so he can open a "Dollar Store"...

...to sell 'silly stuff'.

I may not know the truth, but I know when I'm being lied to...

What a disgusting human

What a disgusting human being. I hope good people take every opportunity to confront and embarrass this creature. Anyone that votes for that creep deserves tyranny.
