Rand is starting to pull away.
I just spent the weekend with a well connected Democratic Party member and was told that Conway is done. His fundraising is next to nil. And nobody likes the guy. He likened him to a spoiled brat.
He predicted a double digit win.
I don't think Daily Kos is aware...
They are asking for more $$ for Coway's moneybomb by calling a member of Rand Paul's staff a troll.

conway in this manner? i do disagree with conway and liberal's policies in general (otherwise i wouldn't be here), but from his public appearances thus far i couldn't tell anything special of him apart from other politicians. for a politician to be described as a "spoiled brat".. that's quite interesting.

My cousin just woke up and took the red pill and is a hardcore AJ, Ron and Rand Paul supporter in eastern KY...
My dad (lives in Louisville) watches tv and reads the local paper, and swears he won't vote for Rand Paul because: "He wants to take away my Social Security". (Nevermind the fact that I won't have SS by the time I get to it, and he is living off of MY labor...)
I think I'll try to get him to watch "Overview of America", and my "Ron Paul Hope For America" DVD that I got in the campaign...
If he still wants to vote for "Jack Tough" after that, then at least I tried, right?

It's great to see Jack Conway being blown out of the water in polling. Rand is now one step closer to becoming America's Best US Senator. Let's continue to do what we can to make this happen.

"One might call this a NASCAR Dad election, except that California and Washington aren’t known as big NASCAR states. Whatever one wants to call it, the change in Kentucky has been substantial. Conway now trails Paul more than 2-1 among men, 31/65, from 44/54 in May. He only barely edges Paul among women, 48/45. Demographically, this is the biggest problem Conway faces.
It’s not the only problem, though. Paul wins 60% of voters under 50 years of age, and 52% of voters 50 and older. He also wins 37% of the African-American vote, a surprisingly high number for a Republican candidate. Paul gets 56% of independents and 32% of Democrats, while only losing 16% of Republicans. Paul wins majorities in each of the four regions of Kentucky used in this survey. The only demographic Conway wins convincingly are among those who oppose the Tea Party, which he wins 90/8, while Paul wins Tea Party supporters (87/10), Tea Party agnostics (60/35), and people who have no opinion on it at all (45/37)..."
