Remembering our friend who was killed on 9/11Submitted by Jefferson2 on Sat, 09/11/2010 - 14:36
As I sit here and watch Fox News shovel the BS, and perpetuate the lies that were accepted and repeated by the 9/11 commission, I think of our friend Peter Moutos who was needlessly killed on 9/11.
As you can see from Peter's tributes, he was one of the nicest, most caring, and beautiful people to have ever walked this Earth. There is a large group of people who have been devastated by his death, and are grieving this very day. He had his whole life planned out up until retirement, only to be snuffed out while in his prime.
I am sorry that I can't do more for you Pete. We raised our glasses in your memory last night. We once again made a pact, that we would never give up in getting justice for you. But it still seems to fall short of what you and the others who were killed on this day, deserve.
I have donated to and supported the organisations that seem to be taking action on your behalf. I have been diligent in exposing the lies and half truths that were told, and planting the seeds that will hopefully someday, result in the justice and closure you, your family, and all of the others so deserve.
I wish that I had the ability to round up and jail ALL the protected suspects of 9/11. I wish I had the ability to show them your picture just before they were to be hanged in the public square. I know that you were the type of guy who would probably forgive them. Unfortunately, I have not achieved that level of grace.
We will never forget you Pete. And as the sick 9/11 first responder said at his recent press conference, "I WILL NOT YIELD."
