Jim Forsythe Wins Primary for NH State SenateSubmitted by TheAndrewReview on Wed, 09/15/2010 - 20:52
For those of you who don't know Jim, he has been a great leader in the movement in the Live Free or Die State.
He spoke at the Tea Party in Boston in Dec. '07: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLsZkLHh3rc
He was one of the first Ron Paul-endorsed candidates, running for Congress in 2008.
He was a major help in NH during the Ron Paul presidential campaign, housing many volunteers in his own house on his own dime.
And he just WON his primary for State Senate in District 4!!!!
Why is this important?
-We need Ron Paul Republicans at all levels of government, especially in upper houses of state legislatures.
-The District is an OPEN SEAT as the Democrat incumbent is retiring (she has hand selected her replacement, Andrew Hosmer, who was uncontested in his primary)
-Redistricting happens next year, so it's that much more important that we have constitutional conservatives in office during that process
-Jim had a hotly contested primary, going up against a strong conservative candidate who has lived in the District his whole life and has a lot of friends (Jim has lived in NH for 7 years), but nevertheless he won 50%-35%!
Please go to http://jimforsythe.com and sign up to volunteer (even if you don't live near NH there are things you can do) or if you are able, make as generous a contribution as possible. Jim has a great chance to win in 7 weeks but he will need all the help he can get in order to win.
Here is a video of Jim Forsythe speaking at a recent town hall event:
And here is former US Senator Gordon Humphrey speaking in praise of him:
Thank you everyone for your support!
May the R3volution Continue!
