Los Angeles Tea Party was MASSIVE!
Submitted by jbb1976 on Sun, 12/16/2007 - 22:08There were at least 1,200 people rallying today for Ron Paul in Los Angeles. We walked about 1 mile from Reed Park to Santa Monica Pier where we threw tea crates labeled IRS, Iraq War, Warfare State, Welfare State, Federal Reserve, Police State, etc. into the water. Edward Griffin gave a speech as well (author of Creature from Jekyl Island). It was an amazing and inspiring day! The media did not show, but thousands of Californians learned the name Ron Paul regardless. And as always, it was a mix of every type of American you can imagine; young/old, left/ right. It was a great day to be a Ron Paul supporter! I hope that our efforts bring on even more! Pics/vid coming soon...

Massive and Fun
People just kept showing up.
Afterward, I pulled into a restaurant parking lot, parked next to a car with a Ron Paul magnet on it, and went inside. A family of Ron Paulers was seated at one table. Another couple came in later, and of course I was wearing my RP hat and shirt, so we all said hello. It wasn't an official meeting place, just coincidence.
Another diner came over to talk about RP, approvingly.
I imagine this was repeated all over Santa Monica.

It was a great event. Lots of enthusiasm. Old media wasn't to be seen, but there were lots of people taking pictures and video. Santa Monica, California got a good dose of Ron Paul Tea today. Great job everyone!

Huckabee's support
is a myth . Where are his supporters ,his donors ? The lack of coverage for our events will prove the old media is dead .
The cable MSM is propaganda
they are making Huckabee. The funny thing is that they are losing their grip and I think their jobs are going to see a huge pay cut when RP wins.

It was truly massive. We only expected about 150, but tons more showed up. For while, every other person in Santa Monica was a Ron Paul supporter. A fun day.
1200 Supporter for Dr. Paul!
No other Republican candidate can turn out this many supporters anywhere and Ron Paul does it without being present.
