I want to apologize

Dear Daily Paul Friends

I just want to apologize for the exchange I had with Jefferson a few days ago.

Firstly I apologize to Michael Nystrom.
Also anyone that felt any kind of discomfort including Jefferson himself.

Winter is about to arrive here and I am quite depressed especially reading news like this:
http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article26477.htm

So many things are so wrong all around us and I am a very sensitive person.
I am afraid that I became an alcoholic...

on a lighter note does anyone know of somebody that helped to stop some war by drinking beer?

True alcohol addiction caused by diabetes of the brain.

Such a brain, deprived of alcohol starves. Sweets can't help because the brain is diabetic.

The solution for alcoholics and Alzheimers is to feed the brain 'beta hydroxy butyrate.' It not a sugar is not an alcohol it's a fat.

Two pounds of pure coconut oil is about $8. Eat. Your liver will handle the rest.

I eat it about a tablespoon with sea salt and an egg for breakfast.

The liver can do the same for butter, make it into brain food.

It is terrifying to suffer with a starving brain. I am familiar with hypoglycemics whose low blood sugars wakes them with night terrors. The starving brain doesn't process properly.

Eat good fats. Join these folks, liberty lovers all!

Look

at the date. This thread is old, and one of a few public apologies that ended up turning into the same old habits and spectacles.
Please let it die. Thank you.

Lot's of people enjoy non alcoholic beer . . .

"Clausthaler" seems to be the best of the big names.
"Saint Pauli Girl N/A" is also pretty good.
"Kaliber" is a premium non-acoholic ale style brew imported from the makers of Guinness. The rich amber color and full-body delivers all the taste of a beer with less alcohol."

I used to drink a lot. Now

I used to drink a lot. Now the experience of living each day with a clear head is even more enjoyable.

Ok - I am back...

I have drank a bottle of wine at 9,343 feet elevation and I feel good. It feels good to be away from the "red pill stuff" and I know that there is still a problem with the system. Escape occasionally is good ro reflect on the knowledge of the worst kind. I have recently begun an experiment with my intuition (gut instinct). I begin my day with a meditation tape, then a Qi Gong exercise, and finally I deal with the current problems in my private life and finally in the generations to come. I have three kids that I worry about for their future. Hope this is helpful! Occasional escape is good but too much escape is bad.

Rule #1 - never drink alone

Rule #2 - drink only to celebrate, or during the planning of a celebration, or while talking about planning a celebration, or to relive the celebration. (etc. etc.)

Don't drink 'cause you're mad or sad.

I don't know of any wars that were ended by drink, but at least one revolution was known to have been fostered by it...

Be strong

I think most here give a pass to liberty lover who has the deamon of alcoholism. I battle the same problem and have done things I am not proud of, but don't let it haunt you.

When I first started posting I was so intoxicated with what I call "liberty juice" I posted my phone number, it was deleted, but I made some heated arguements why it should stay.

Email me at tevertts@yahoo.com and if you like we can talk about our issues.

Thank you

there where days I would look into my comments from the night before and be scared not being sure what I said...

I will email you.

We KNOW A LOT and it affects us in a deep way...

I think I know you LL after

I think I know you LL after reading all your posts these past couple of years. So I knew you would write these fine words before you did. I also know you have what it takes to listen to all the excellent suggestions below.

Tonight before you log off, I thought you might like this song to relax to. It's one of my favorites.

BTW- Thanks for all you have done, and all you will continue to do for liberty.

Big hug*))

Thank you from the very center of my heart.

You know I love you all {including Jefferson and Rhino}...much more than I love the pigeons I am feeding.

good song.

I think reedr3v has brought up an interesting point.
alcohol = sugar = carbs
You should look into a low carb program for health.
The urge to drink can even be caused by candida. candida lives from sugar = carbs = alcohol.
We are taught to see it as a personal problem, but it might be a chemical thing after all.

About Your child in Bern:
My feeling is that the woman is just protecting her baby.
When You see the situation from her point of view it makes sense to me.
You wrote in a comment further down that You think she might have been a set up and it has to do with 911 truth.
Imagine You have a baby and the relationship is over, then the guy tells You stuff like that....
Time to protect Your baby.

Just my opinion. peace.

Thanks

she knew I was a peace activist and 9/11 Truther when I was talking with her for many months on the internet.
You see in 2002 in Europe there was a huge anti war movement with huge demonstrations in major cities a year before U.S. attacked Iraq and a VAST majority of young people in Europe question 9/11.

Yes my little girl once she learns the internet she will be able to google my name and find me...one of the reasons I became public with my name {after I was arrested for two weeks last winter} and why I am running my own website.

she will be curious about her

she will be curious about her Dad, naturally =)

I'm from Berlin/Germany, so I know about the people's position against the Bush wars. Then and now.

her brother lives in Berlin

he brother actually lives in Berlin Germany.
She is Swiss but her mom is German and her bro married a German woman.

If I was a Swiss Citizen with money and being able to speak german language I would not have given up and left Europe...

at the same time if I stayed in Europe and kept trying to be a father I would not be part of the rEVOLution....destiny fate...

I'm from Berlin, but live in

I'm from Berlin, but live in LA.

When I once visited a friend in Switzerland, near Basel, I had the feeling it is very small. In size, but also in the way You feel after a while.
Hard to describe.

The stress can be

brutal and finding positive ways of relieving that stress and finding inner peace is a huge challenge.

I struggle with it as well I don't want to be around some of my friends anymore they want me to just shut up about what is going on, I can't ignore it I love them and want them to be aware but I am losing them.

Good luck friend at least here we are among others who understand what is going on.

"We can see with our eyes, hear with our ears and feel with our touch, but we understand with our hearts."

Thank you for your words

I struggle but I win many little battles awaking people...I carry your Liberty flag with me every day it is always there in my backpack close to my heart/spine...always there and I think often of what it means and cherish it and it makes me work harder...

sometimes the flag is next to the big 40 oz bottle of Olde English beer and when I drink that beer I compose the poems that help change this world.

We are in a fight and sometimes fire is to be lit from the very inside of the belly of a freedom fighter.

I am drinking this beer to you my friend.

Peace patriot*))

it's good to "see" you, LL--

we've never met and probably never will, but I prayed for you after the confrontation that went on here the other day--

I hope you know that isn't meant in a patronizing way--

LL, you've got what we used to call 'guts'--and, yes, that is how people talked in 'my' day, and I'm old enough you could be my 'child'! LOL!

(because you stated your age)

I'm glad you are still here, and I hope you can do what it takes to be healthy and strong; I have seen many important news items first from your posts--

and I don't want that to end.

And I know this is sappy; some of *us* claim the privilege of age to be sappy!

LOL!

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

Thank you for your words

I cherish your words...so much!

Thank you!

hard to answer.........really hard...

so I just want you to know how much I love you
and how much your words vibrate within my heart and soul.

hard to write...

*vibrations of love*
here is a a good name for my new poem!
