Mysterious article appears, is DHS gearing up for martial law ?

I found this disturbing article Sunday in the Fort Worth Star Telegram http://www.star-telegram.com/news/story/362891.html
Why are we hearing terms like "undesirables" ? And why is there so much secrecy for a mere civilian disaster preparedness procedure ? Mr. Colley makes no reference to the DHS but I bet this comes from DC. In what kind of emergency do you have time to do background checks on thousands of people ? Perhaps in a planned or staged emergency ? The chancellor of Germany had a plan for undesirables in the late 1930s. What disturbs me most about this is what is NOT said.

I contacted Mr. Colleys office
and I was asked who I was and what organization, so I gave my name and added I was with Democrats for RP and the person said "I love Ron Paul, just dont tell anybody" so their name has been left out. The office promised to contact me with information and specifics on this article. I will post any info received.
This article should sound a loud alarm in the minds of patriots.
I am forced to remember that God forgives and forgets, but the system does not. "All have sinned" "Let no man be called common or unclean".
A typical politician is just a criminal that hasnt been caught. I am a firm believer in rehabilitation and the redemption of the soul of man. And what criteria will our owners use to decide who is "undesirable" ? This vague announcement smacks of pre-crime and the Orwellian police state. I feel we must take this article viral and "shout it from the housetops" people.
This slow incremental installation of martial law must be exposed, You know what to do. Lets get those net spiders pumped up and spin a big web of truth. Love, John

You are entitled to Anonymity
This is not a fringe concept: we are entitled to our anonymity according to the Right to Assemble in the 1st Amendment. When people congregate in public, they are anonymous. I consider this the most important right we have.
There are not enough sex offenders out there to justify the loss of our right to anonymity. Period.
If the Ron Paul Campaign would only wake up and realize that this issue can catapult him to the White House...he wouldn't still be in single digits.
We ARE entitled to Anonymity. That is the most defining element of Privacy.
If a bunch of guys are evacuating others in an emergency, I don't want the Gestapo taking one of the most heroic and effective team members because he has a criminal record and pulling him away from us at...what?...gunpoint?
I try to point out things like the IMBRA law, which is a gateway to full Internet regulation. IMBRA makes it so men are no longer entitled to anonymity on the Internet. This particular law says that we Americans cannot talk to foreigners online without background checks being done and the foreigners getting such "disclosure". The law also forces the foreigners to give written approval of contact...which is tantamount to the US government telling foreigners what they must do online to communicate with Americans.
Now here's the rub: Our fellow REPUBLICANS are very much in bed with the Democrats to destroy the right to anonymity.
"Oh, you're Tom Johnson."
"Lessee. We have 346 Tom Johnsons in our database. 4 with criminal records, 7 with warrants. We'll just have to put you in protective custody until we find out which one you are."
That is what WILL happen if they match given names with a database. Been there.

I agree with you. It's what is not written. I've read about many "camps" around the nation. Blackwater just built a big camp on the So.Cal. border...new training center. They also built and housed many people displaced by the fires.
We are surely on the steps to martial law of some sort. I just read about a "human to human" birdflu breakout....get your masks. One of the 3 brothers is a USA citizen. The other two brothers have died. The surviving brother who lives in the USA caught the disease but survived, he was there visiting when they all got sick...the outbreak is in Pakistan.
Please follow the World Health Organization and follow this potential killer of 1/3 of the worlds population.....I ain't kiddin' ya....I believe this is what the camps are for....for isolation.

Blackwater was going to build a 100 acre training center in south Cali.
The town folks didn't want it.They rallied and took the matter to court.Just before court,the town burnt to the ground.Blackwater was one of the first on scene and set up a tent city.
Blackwater now has no opposition to the facility and will be breaking ground in early 08.

I'm curious...what exactly does privacy amount to for Mr. Colley? And furthermore, what exactly would or will happen to those who refuse to comply? For example, in the event of a forced evacuation if an individual refuses to positively identify themselves will they be held as a criminal? Guilty until proven innocent?
