Other candidates discouraged by fundraising numbers
Every other candidate should be discouraged by the news that New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg is going to get into the presidential race a day or two after the Feb. 5 Super Tuesday as an independent willing to spend two Billion - yes, billion, with a B - of his own money.
His money will swamp anything his fellow New Yorkers, Rudy and Hillary,
can raise. His positions will steal votes from Hillary, Obama, John E, Rudy, Mitt, Mike, John Mc and Fred.
Expect to see Tom, Duncan, Dennis, both Johns and Fred drop quickly after NH.
Mike's got the ego to continue; Mitt's a businessman, he'll know when to
fold 'em.
Republicans who think a run against Bloomberg's money as an excercise in futility will suddenly see value in Ron Paul as a nominee for what they think will be the role of sacrificial lamb.
IMHO, Mike Bloomberg's entry into the race just after Super Tuesday improves Ron Paul's chances of being the Republican nominee - and the
next president, 'cuz Mike B. will take more votes from Democrats than
Republicans.
I predict you are incorrect.
MB will not enter the race unless it is a HRC vs. Rudy race.

What's up with the + $3 million
they changed their numbers
the goal was a december 15th goal originally for a total of 1.150 mil and then that was changed to a december goal keeping the same total. then the changed it again to a 4th Q goal of 5 mil and included the whole quarters fundraising in the total collected. He did not just receive 3 mil, the amount in the widget was changed from the amount raised this month to the amount raised this quarter which equals about 3 mil.

I think they are being discouraged by their candidate
and his record and not by our fundraising.
I have a friend that went from Huckabee to now Duncan Hunter, although he says that to mess with me, he knows Hunter won't be around much longer.
It's only a matter of time before true conservatives come to realize that Ron Paul is their guy and maybe these endless wars/nation destroying and building adventures in the Middle East aren't so good after all.
And like Ron Paul says, even if their ideology allows for it - "we can't afford it anymore" ! And that's the TRUTH that they might be forced to face very soon.

Huckabee hired Ed Rollins, which will explode on him.
Then Huckabee openly uses Jesus to try and get elected.
