With the US debt exceeding 13 trillion dollars, Republicans were elected in mid-term elections on a promise to reduce the budget with "across the board" spending cuts. Let, they explicitly exempt the defence budget, promising to fund America's wars whatever the costs may be. RT`s Lauren Lyster reports.
