NJ man gets 7 years prison time for keeping guns locked in trunk

It's practically illegal to own a gun in some states. http://reason.com/archives/2010/11/15/brian-aitkens-mistake

If I read this story without my knowing the state, I would.....

have guess NJ without any problem, having lived there many years. What a backward place regarding gun ownership. But, this would be the best state to fight this tyranny and to bring back the 2nd Amendment to its rightful place of prominence in people's lives and independence.

Great story to post.

I spanked my son and was

I spanked my son and was found guilty of abuse and they issued a order that im not allowed to have a gun in my possession for a year. Child protection services recommended closing the case, it was obvious that my very bitter ex-wife wanted to take custody away, and she was successful. I have no respect for the court system, they are just as corrupt as any other Government agency.

im going after the judge,

See the thing is

they want to take guns away from Americans yet spend $TRILLIONS on arming people overseas to commit mass murder. If you look through history at the people who gave up their ability to defend from tyrants, these same people were murdered BY THEIR GOVERNMENT, at way below wholesale levels. When you hear about someone being sent to jail for owning a gun, think about a line of people being marched into a pit and shot in the back of the head. Then you'll have your answer to gun control.

Just one last kick in the nuts, then a final deathblow

And people I know question

And people I know question why I boycott states like NY and NJ, even though I have family there.

The act of being alive is practically a felony in those shite-holes.

It looks like the Jury didn't read the Citizens rule book

Poor guy, I blame the mother

The chain events began with her being a brainwashed ninny. Freedom can't exist when people reject freedom. This woman would NEVER vote for loosening any gun laws. In fact, I would bet that she votes strictly anti-gun. She is the enemy of her son and all Americans.
