She is not on the ball imo. Her and Lord Monckton should tangle. lol

I read her book

and liked it because it does expose what has happened in other countries. My husband said that she tried to connect Mises with Freidman while they were at the same college but my husband said that from what he read they did not interact (I forgot why or what their differences were).

This is TRULY a FINE LINE we walk and what I would like to have is Dr. Paul's view on this. There is an old saying about being careful what you wish for. How do we keep from going from one extreme to another. Liberty is like walking a tight rope.

"We can see with our eyes, hear with our ears and feel with our touch, but we understand with our hearts."

She has it all jack-ass backwards....

I would love for her to debate Milton's son, Dr. David Friedman.... it would be the fair thing to do since she loves attacking his father and twisting things around. She mistakes and misconstrues neoconservative ideas & results with libertarian free-market theory. That is like seeing someone infecting people with Polio and attacking the doctors with the Polio vaccine as the cause.

Yes, please BUY this wonderful libertarian BOOK! We all must know the History of Freedom! Buy it today!

I saw it differently

WHile it appears she is not a fan of capitalism it doesn't mean she hates the idea in its purest form. I think its a wake up call to anyone who thinks a system of pure capitalism will make all our problems go away.
Look at the Obama lovers. They were so drunk off his ideas and promises they cannot see him making any mistake.
I think its a warning to any of us to be wary of any call for pure capitalism in the future. If everyone jumped on Ron Pauls side suddenly I'd be very wary of their plans.
As with anything, it can be taken advantage of and people will remain blind all the same so long as it appears they have won.
A change is coming soon. We cannot bend or be satisfied with second best. If we are so blessed go back to low taxes, free markets, and less regulation it means our job has just begun and to keep it pure will take lots of work.
Many evils have been done in the name of capitalism....please take off your blindfolds and don't let it happen again.

"Liberty shall prevail"
RON PAUL~Keepin em honest since 76'

Our job has just begun and out of the closet we come!

Patriots are all over the world!

"Bad men cannot make good citizens. It is when a people forget God that tyrants forge their chains. A vitiated state of morals, a corrupted public conscience, is incompatible with freedom."
- Patrick Henry

"It is not the function of our Government to keep the citizen from falling into error,
It is the function of the citizen to keep the Government from falling into error."
-- Robert Houghwout Jackson,
Chief Judge at the War-Crimes Tribunal in Nuremberg

"What you do speaks so loud that I cannot hear what you say". ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”

MLK quotes The ultimate

MLK quotes

The ultimate tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people but the silence over that by the good people.

Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.

That is a really good quote

and so true.

"We can see with our eyes, hear with our ears and feel with our touch, but we understand with our hearts."
