One of the first eye-opening revelations from the massive WikiLeaks diplomatic logs release is the length to which the US State Department is being treated as just another of America’s many spying apparatus.
Among the leaks was something called the “National Humint Collection Directive,” a secret document signed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton last year. The document orders officials at the State Department to conduct mass surveillance and in some cases outright theft against high ranking UN officials.
Incredibly, beyond the simple collection of secret information about officials including UN chief Ban Ki-moon, the directive also calls for State Department officials to try to steal credit card data from a number of top officials, as well as passwords and personal encryption keys. They also sought to collect DNA samples from UN members.

Is WikiLeaks a CIA operation?
I think it's a distinct possibility which means we should be very cautious about the true motives here.
It could be that they're using this to get rid of Obama because he's damaged goods and won't be able to get any more of the NWO agenda passed once the new congress is sworn in, especially since many Democrats are no longer anxious to be seen in his peanut gallery.
The best of all possible worlds would be gridlock in DC for the next two years. We'd just have to pay for another 10 or 20 vacations ... cheaper than any bill Congress would pass.

This "scandal" will pass and nothing will change. In fact, the spying is business as usual ... and dopey Obama doesn't control any of it anyway.
In the past, the communist countries were particularly notorious for having more spies than diplomats among their delegates. (I'm from NYC and believe me, UN diplomats were not a well liked bunch of elites ... many left a trail of personal scandals behind them).
So, it's not likely that any of the UN delegations are walking the moral high ground ... they're all degenerates making deals and selling out their countrymen for the crumbs we throw their way. If any do feign shock, you can be sure they're just hypocrites, or maybe they need some good press at home.
After reading a few of the press reports, I have to confess, I find the whole affair Hillary-ous. I also have a feeling that Wikileaks is an arm of the CIA. Let's see what develops.
