John F. Kennedy on freedom of the press

Regarding Wikileaks, I think it smells cointelpro. But with the outrage and pundits calling for restrictions of the press and WORSE, I thought this speech is relevant.

JFK Democrats

I gathered a bunch of information on JFK in the last few weeks, and now is an ideal time for Democrats who are not far left Marxists to attempt to take over the Democratic party like the tea party is doing to the Republicans.

A return to "JFK" values is probably something most Democrats can support, and leaves the 60s Marxists in the cold. FYI JFK was a member of the NRA too, besides being pro silver, anti-communist, etc etc.

And before JFK - Jeffersonian Democrats. All the research you really need to push JFK Democrats already exists, and I think it would work - the Democrats are really hurting and can use some change. Its already there, like it has all been laid out by the hand of Providence.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
