Top Secret America

From The Washington Post:

"Nine years after the terrorist attacks of 2001, the United States is assembling a vast domestic intelligence apparatus to collect information about Americans, using the FBI, local police, state homeland security offices and military criminal investigators.

The system, by far the largest and most technologically sophisticated in the nation's history, collects, stores and analyzes information about thousands of U.S. citizens and residents, many of whom have not been accused of any wrongdoing.

The government's goal is to have every state and local law enforcement agency in the country feed information to Washington to buttress the work of the FBI, which is in charge of terrorism investigations in the United States."

They used classic Nazi

They used classic Nazi techniques on us, and it worked..what can I say..?

An incompetent president, George W. Bush...

failed to discipline an incompetent government, including the FBI, FAA, CIA, NORAD and Secret Service, yet WE are expected to pay for this incompetence? These idiots better back off.

I would have to say?

That this is an understatement:"many of whom have not been accused of any wrongdoing."

I would say all have not been accused,They even have to invent and entrap one once in awhile!

If I disappear from a discussion please forgive me. My 24-7 business requires me to split mid-sentence to serve them. I am not ducking out, I will be back later to catch up.
