U.S. must take back its perogative to create money

As long as we have the international banking cartel creating and controlling our money we will continue to be absorbed by the NWO.

END the FED before it ENDS US

this is what I say...

Down with NWO tyranny and fraud!

ecorob's picture

this man is "lost"....

he hasn't got a clue...he is grasping at straws thinking china will get on board a new world order that they play a bigger part in
the chinese will only play for the chinese and, can you blame them?
this man would sell his mother's soul for a buck!

and who the hell said he was a "developer" of the new world order currencies? who the hell said this evil bastard has a say?

i sure as hell didn't and i bet you didn't either!

take this bastard's power away from him

its 'cos I owe ya, my young friend...
Rockin' the FREE world in Tennessee since 1957!

agree

He seemed like he was more concerned with the IMF getting in between China and other countries to control and/or profit from them than actually making things better.

I suppose he sees the IMF as a way to maintain US hegemony with the dollar losing it's reserve status, but who really owns/controls the IMF? Inevitably it all leads to more integration which threatens all constitutional republics.

these crusty old farts can dream of their NWO all they want

But the fact is that their "creative destruction" will soon destroy the very infrastructure upon which all their power and creature comforts depend. They will then starve in their basements and hidey-holes, as this will be preferable to the awaiting street justice above.

Soros got his economics ass backwards

It's not that the world needs our dollars and that forces us to print more which gets us into these persistent deficits. This is Keynesian nonsense. Soros is not stupid so he knows he is spewing nonsense. Apparently, for whatever reason, he wants people to believe that bull. The idea that the world does not have enough dollars is a bunch of baloney that Rothbard has rebuffed in What Has Government Done to our money, under the chapter titled What is the Proper Amount of Money (or something to the effect, don't remember now).
It's rather the other way around - it's not that we print money and it just gets soaked up by China because "they don't have enough of it"; it's rather that Bernanke and Congress print money because:
1. They're ignorant about economics and believe in free lunch
2. Congress wants free money and Bernanke has to oblige or the likes of Congressman Kucinich might decide to take over with the money-printing business and then our days will really be numbered.
3. Bernanke has an obligation to bail out his banking buddies who are in trouble and who got him his job
4. The military-industrial complex runs the government and they need MONEY, so government keeps issuing bonds in exchange for fresh funny money that goes straight to them.

At this point in time there's no vital replacement for the US dollar because all currencies today are the same - unreliable and fake. The downward slide of world currencies will continue until it all blows up one day and the world gets rid of fiat for good; this is already happening - people are buying gold like crazy. The yuan will never become a reserve currency until they go on the gold standard! And this will never happen because the Chinese commies will have to give up the control of their currency and they will never agree to that!

US exports its inflation to China via the peg

Soros mentions the dollar probably won't fail as long as China keeps its peg.

With the peg, when China raises interest rates that draws hot money from the US to China, and China prints more RMB to maintain the peg. That ends up cheapening their currency to ours so the costs of their imports stay relatively cheap. As long as it looks like we have deflation, or at least tame inflation, Ben Bernanke is free to keep QEing, with the money going to the banks.

I heard China is going to inject more money into their economy in Janauary. If they were to depeg and let their currency rise, their economy would be the winner and ours would see high inflation.

It's easy to concur

With these statements and I for one do, however the governments make so much money from the big corporations and everything is streamlined for them, so I dont expect anything big to happen

hello everyone

new talk on the subject of NWO from Dr. Ron Paul himself:

our "New World Order"

There is nothing inherently evil about what he's saying. Sure he's wrong & misguided but fight back with VIABLE IDEAS not accusations that he's a sinister supervillain.

The world clearly needs a "new world order" but that phrase is ambiguous with various connotations. The one that we are fighting is the CFR's new world order based on the specific policy of Economic Integration (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economic_integration).

As Ron Paul has said, we need our own intellectual alternative to the CFR. We need a policy framework to show other countries how to solve their problems within the paradigm of our philosophy.

I personally think the US should not have diplomatic relations with any collectivist state, whether it be a theocracy, a socialist state or a totalitarian democracy (applicable to the US). If a country is not a Constitutional Republic that protects the individual rights of its citizens then why should we enable and allow an oppressive force to exist.

Obviously this isn't quite practical, but the US could at least lobby or otherwise influence countries to shift to a more "Enlightenment-model" of governing. But we don't.

I agree... I also want a New

I agree... I also want a New World Order of peace and freedom.

A world where nobody has a monopoly on force and coercion.

I want a New World Order ...

... based on a gold standard, no fractional reserve banking, freedom of speech, right to bear arms, right to due process, right to privacy, and world abolition of slavery, including taxation of any form or shape!

Better yet..

How about just competing currencies worldwide.

Makes cents to me.

Aww they even let the poor speak on their behalf

Little George must feel so proud. He's finally made it--the leaders are letting a poor person speak for them and reveal another small piece of the plan. If he's lucky maybe they'll allow him to kiss their feet too.

The NWO claimed by many. Get in the que, George.

Who is the first king in the world? Where is the first empire?

The 1st empire in world history was built in 2270 bce in Sumer under King Sargon II of Akkad. However being in the region of Sumer (which was in Mesopotamia ) it would be called the Akkadian empire , as it would be centralized in Akkad 'the birth place of Sargon II '. As for the first king in history , well Sumer is in Mesopotamia which is the birth place of civilization. However king is a title of a monarchial society and a society does not have to be civil to have monarchy so tribes and society in general were around long before Sumer. Simply put there is no way to find that out.

The first civilaizations: Egypt 3500-2180 BC and China 1700-1050 BC

The people around Columbus thought the world was flat, so when “scholars” and “ experts” examined his plans, they said his idea was impossible. Because they believed the world was flat, they assumed he would surely sail off the edge.
(and these were the self acclaimed leaders of the new world discoveries)

The NWO is an old idea and always surrounded by sycophants displaying arrogant ignorance. If conquers' did the right things, we'd still have bison and hemp in America.

I imagine that Ugg the cave man claimed "ownership" of all the caves too.

War is a rackett and severley detached from nature.

bump for discussion

this sounds like a propaganda video for world currency IMO.

IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, LISTEN TO IT AND LISTEN AGAIN AND SEND IT ON.

Good interview

Can't believe I missed that.

Honestly Soros doesn't bother me

yeah...he's "one of them" but he's not "THEM" or "THE ONLY SPOOKY GUY" out there. There is a cadre so above all this that we wouldn't even know their names. (see the Lord Blackwell thread regarding the crew that wanted to buy up England with gold)

I don't know if Soros willingly volunteered to play the "bad guy" on the US MSM or if he just royally pissed off his compatriots at the CFR when he openly spoke out against the US invading Iraq - you know after everyone had all the contracts and money in play.

Before you go off on Soros I strongly recommend you read WHAT ORWELL DIDN'T KNOW. I was surprised to read a very well written essay by George Soros at the end. It basically states that the major players don't have to do much to get revolutions in motion. The media will set the stage and then dominoes just line up like good sheep and the rest is history.

If he is as evil as Glenn Beck (who I don't trust as far as I could throw my computer) insists, then he has a pretty funny way of showing it with his anti-war and anti-big media donations. But of course that could all be a rouse I suppose.

So Soros doesn't bother me that much. What bothers me is that people don't take responsibility for themselves and their own actions that contribute to the sorry state we are in. (ie Shopping at Walmart. Buying end eating GMOs. Allowing themselves and their children to get vaccinated relentlessly. Paying taxes that support unconstitutional wars AND expecting "the government" to do something to stop the madness.)

So no...Soros is just a guy who has figured out the game and is playing it to the best of his ability. He's right up there with Bill Gates and Warren Buffet. He gets media attention. The real players will not and do not.

Soros has invested in/currently invests in

Monsanto, Newscorp, the Carlyle Group, etc.
"Mr. Soros’s most recent S.E.C. filing also revealed large bets on the seed producer Monsanto and the Brazilian gas and oil giant Petroleo Brasileiro, also known as Petrobras. The firm held 3.9 million shares of Monsanto at the end of the fourth quarter, up from 1.1 million three months earlier."
http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2010/02/17/soros-doubles-down-on...

"Soros Fund Management LLC, which was heavily invested in News Corp, parent company of Fox News. SEC filings show Soros managed News Corp shares worth $4 million in 2004 and $2.3 million when sold last year."
http://washingtonexaminer.com/op-eds/2010/10/ron-arnold-geor...

http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Carlyle_Group

A good portion of America's 401Ks are invested in the same...

Monsanto is down and probably a good bet for those that don't actually eat their GMO stuff. Remember they have a Seed Vault.

The fact that Soros is invested in NEWS CORP makes me believe he sees profit in conflict. This may play into his recent, very public, and ongoing conflict with FOX.

George Soros oversaw the collapse of Iceland....

Even though he's corrupt, he is also ridiculously incompetent. That's bad enough.

Make him and John Bolton the class clowns and forget making them leaders over anything!

I was fascinated by your post so tried to look it up

what I found when I searched "George Soros Iceland" :
Soros shorted the Krona
George Soros has enough money to buy Iceland.

and this interesting article that probably deserves its own thread:
CIA, Mossad and Soros behind Wikileaks
http://www.effedieffe.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=...

Soros is a crook

He shorted the Krona and deliberately sold the stocks in order to make that nation tumble like dominoes.

As for Wikileaks I doubt they are tied together. Beyond George Soros giving them donations I would say, because despite being plenty corrupt, Soros also has a "good shepherd" in him too to help folks.

But the last lines Glenn Beck said about him are absolutely accurate....except that would also be true for all of Soros' business partners such as Kissinger, Rockefeller and Beatrix. Who Beck of course ignores....as he's a paid plant.

Yep, discussing truths is more fun than living lies.

What a waste to decieve the human species to the point of insanity.

"The challenge is to practice politics as the art of making what appears to be impossible, possible."
~Hillary Rodham Clinton

hmmm ...

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”

oh and before you go off about his contributions to Obama

OF COURSE HE CONTRIBUTED TO HIM. He disliked what Bush was doing, so why not support his opposition.

He has since stated that he is no longer playing politics (we will see about that) and has set his sites on the media. Specifically FOX. (And I can't say I blame him.)

So now its between Soros and Murdoch - Murdoch the guy that floated the idea of a "political reality show" a few years back.

bump

Thanks Chris.

“The most important element of a free society, where individual rights are held in the highest esteem, is the rejection of the initiation of violence.” Dr. Ron Paul

This does not concern me much

Since the current world order, or the old world order aren't so good either. It's not like we ar e free or have been for some time.

From my perspective, the last blip of freedom for the US was during the 60s -- which the old world order didn't like, so they created a NWO.

Now a few other countries are getting uppity again, plus to many people are now online, expecting freedom at least on line, so we are getting another NWO. But it is not the US that is on the rise - we are on the decline. Will we ask for our freedom back ?

solutions...

This is the fallacy of our entire movement.

The world has problems. People propose solutions to those problems.

Meanwhile, the smart principled classical liberals say we should concern ourselves with only the US, not other countries. Thus a void appears.

We have to start creating policies or infrastructure (e.g. a commodity-backed banking system) as an alternative otherwise with no opposition the other side easily wins.
