Putin as TIMES man of the year WHAT!

So they name Putin as the man of the year. Wow TIME magazine names a dud again, didn't they name Hitler as man of the year too?
They have the runners up as Gore and Rowlings, yeah I can see that, but wait Ron Paul got alot of votes. More than anyone else, was he runner up? No, but at lease they put him under "People who mattered" catagory.
