Tuesday During State of Union is "Free Bradley Manning, President Obama Order Charges Dismissed!" Night

As a prisoner in the military justice system all officers are subject to the orders of the Commander-in-Chief. All military judges, attorneys, and commanders are under the chain of command. Obama can order Manning released and charges dismissed just as he can fire any general for any reason whatsoever.

During Tuesday night's State of the Union speech starting at 9pm EST, flood the White House switchboard for the duration of the speech with calls to "Free Bradley Manning, President Obama Order Charges Dismissed!" Start 1/2 hour before the speech begins!
